The simplest description of Pappardelle funghi e salsiccia & Carbonara: pornogastric. Very cosy place, a good range of choices, everything cooked at the moment (which is a massive bonus), great chef form Rome You guys will see us again !

Angoletta is a true hidden gem in Battersea. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff who looked after us all evening! The atmosphere is cosy and inviting. The menu is authentic Italian, we a fantastic selection of dishes. Between the carbonara, the pizza and the delicious desserts- I couldn’t pick a favourite! If you are in the Battersea area i definitely recommend stopping by for an aperitif and a gorgeous meal.

A nice little find in Battersea, away from the bustle of the Power Station complex. Authentic Italian food: the Pappardelle al funghi e salsiccia was delicious. My wife’s Norma was quite bland unfortunately. Service was polite but somewhat inattentive: our starter bread arrived after the main, and we asked three times for table water. It was busy, but I sensed the staff were new. It’s a small place, only a dozen or so tables, not a place for an intimate conversation. But for a real taste of Italy I would recommend.

Amazing Italian food, all homemade pasta and pizza! The aubergine bake was DELISH and the carbonara was the best carbonara I’ve ever had in a Restauraunt! Great donuts and tiramisu too! The tiramisu is HUGE! The staff were great and the owner is Italian, and is so lovely too! Also really good aperol spritz. I just came back from Sicily and the food served here was as good if not better than the food I had over there! Really special place

This restaurant is an amazing Italian restaurant which has a really nice, cosy atmosphere and absolutely amazing homemade food!! I got the carbonara which was great but everything on the menu looked amazing! The staff are lovely and it’s really good quality food for a really reasonable price!

I am so fortunate to have stumbled across this gem of a restaurant in Battersea! It is definitely a must visit! The food and service were impeccable, it was fresh and authentic Italian food! I would definitely recommend trying the carbonara when visiting! and the drink portions are generous as well as the food ones too!

Splendid service. Petra and Martina went out of their way to deliver a top class customer experience. I shall be going back to this restaurant very soon. Not to mention, the food was incredible and would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Nothing much to say except that from an Italian perspective (which makes the difference when you have to judge food, trust this) the best carbonara ever had in my life (and I had it so many, in Rome too). I loved it

Good authentic Italian. I ordered the Capricosa pizza as I love artichokes. Unfortunately when the pizza arrived there were no artichokes on it. When I asked for them to be added they said they had run out. Wish I had known that before otherwise I would have ordered something else. No apology. Disappointing. Otherwise, food and drinks were good.

Awful experience. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my dinner at Angoletto, first of all we waited for our food for like 30 minutes, than the food himself did not taste great as we expeted. Service was just ok and the bill definitely too expensive. Won't came back anymore. Plus I have another thing to say which is the fact that unfortunately I saw a waiter run away from the service because he was arguing with the honer of the place, the honer looked absolutely rude and I did not like to see that. very poor.

This is a pleasant restaraunt though the bathrooms could use a revamp. They serve great veal Secondi dishes. My daughter and I enjoyed the food very much. I plan to visit again.

Food was OK the starters was great The mains was bland and seemed rushed . Table service is mixed review asked for drinks and bread wasn't given had to ask for basics at times Very noisy also Lacked professionalism or manors in some ways As long as your spending money you can sit and make loads of noise regardless of other table with willing and paying customers £45 per head isn't great All agreed that we won't be returning

On a Main road but still very nice relaxed layout. Once inside the place had a good vibe The Service was just excellent. We had pizza And salads and the were 5 star. The next Door table has a calzone that looked wonderful . The staff were friendly Helpful and enthusiastic and offered useful info re wines etc. Sounds normal maybe but all in all contributing to a memorable evening out. There are many restaurants in the area and we have tried lots out. This one is excellent

We had a very long wait for the food which is not the end of the world and it happens, however the food wasn’t that great, portions were good and the prices were standard. Overall it is a good place to go, I might come back too, but might not be first option. I wouldn’t say don’t go, on a good day it might be very nice

Food was yummy, honest mistake on the order, and when I returned they gifted the pizza for free so mistake corrected, honoured & satisfied I would eat here again & highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Italian restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, Filippo, our friendly waiter, greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Filippo’s recommendations for dishes were spot-on. We tried the pappardelle al salmone, which was simply divine. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the recipe was with onion, but we asked to not add it and it wasn't a problem. Also, the gnocchi were really good, I left my plate totally clean. What impressed me even more was the reasonable price for the high-quality food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Came to eat last night and the restaurant was PACKED and I can tell you why! Huge portions, genuinely authentic food - politely refused to make carbonara without the meat as it wouldn’t work with the authentic recipe - so tasty, best tiramisù ever, and the female waitress was amazing

worst place, bad food and negative staff

got the pizza garlic bread ( not sure of the italian name) and both types of gnocchi the gnocchi was so fresh and the bread had loads of flavour combined with garlic and rosemary. Flippo provided great customer service, allowing us to pick where we sat, providing menu info and was really friendly

Amazing little place I stumbled across when I was in London this weekend when my niece wanted pasta. The most authentic Italian food, that was delicious and a lovely server with amazing service. Would definitely recommend reserving a table first because it was very busy and lucky to get in ourselves. Even when super busy and was informed, the food came out still at the perfect times. Will definitely try and go again if I'm in London again ❤️

The place was very busy but they manage to give us a table in a very reasonable time. Food was great and tasty and Filippo was particularly welcoming.

The starters were average but the main (salmon pasta) was delicious. And the tiramisu is probably the best I have ever had. I would return to have the tiramisu over and over. Great pricing for the area. Gets busy so would recommend booking.

We walked in almost at closing time but they kindly let us in to have food. We had one veggie pizza, it was so fresh and nice. Italian tunes on the background was so lovely. We had to put on our playlist. Defo gonna come around again to try pasta and more food !

The best Italian food experience I've had outside of Italy. Everything was exactly as it should be. Food was incredibly delicious. House wine was great too. Tiramisu was the best I've had in my life. Service was immaculate and made us feel at home (the person was Filippo). The atmosphere was cosy and not pretentious, simple but stylish. Recommend very highly!

10% service charge hidden on the bill. Service was "interesting" :( Food was OK. Not sure it was really value for money but this is London so maybe it is the going rate. Service details... It looked like there was a new waitress being 'trained' by the waiter. Think more abused / ignored. Waitress did little that we saw except clear tables and she looked so depressed poor girl. Waiter was wearing a suit with stains up the back, as was the cook. leading to questions about cleanliness. Waiter seemed to be pushing water and wine a fair bit. When we ordered soft drinks (no ice in mine was the request, came with ice anyway) he went out the back, we saw him get the cans out, put them on the side and not return to them for around 15mins for no apparent reason. When the drinks finally arrived he asked if we were ready to order, we said yes, he walked off! Got his attention again about 15 mins later after he walked past several times, ignoring us. My wife ordered her meal, he wrote it down, got distracted by something and just walked off again! No "one moment" or "excuse me while I sort something out" just walked away. He eventually returned a few minutes later only to start the order all over as it seems he didn't write the first bit down. Food came out a bit 'piece meal' but fairly close together time wise, probably about 5 minutes for 5 dishes. Food was generally ok, service was more like something from faulty towers. Amusing if you're not in a hurry.

Been coming here for 7 years. It lost its way for a whole and has now found it again. Martina is awesome. The food tonight was excellent and the service was attentive and personable. Value for money? - oh yes! This is an increase neighborhood restaurant with a great vibe, great food and lovely service. Nothing swanky, just authentic! Love love love it!

Stopped by this place randomly and wasn’t expecting much as we just wanted to grab a quick dinner. This was the best tasting pasta i’ve ever had. Only downside is that it seems like it can get a bit loud in there.

Very good main dishes with abundant portions. Antipasti wa ok. Water bottles a bit too expensive. Overall recommended!

The welcome was friendly. On the other hand, there was a pestilential smell of bleach when we arrived at the table. We waited over an hour to be served. But the atmosphere is pleasant. The eggplant dish was excellent, the crab and lobster tortellini were average, disappointed in any case compared to the preconceived idea. It was better with salt and pepper. The salmon dish was not fresh. We reported this to the server but he did not issue a proposal to change or replace it. Otherwise the service was good. Considering the price, the value for money is not there. Damage. We won't come back. Arrivederchi.

What a great little find in the neighborhood. Always walked by this place and finally decided to give it a try. Starters could have been better, but the mains, especially the papardelle funghi/sausage and potato pizza, were 🔥🔥. Great little trattoria vibes too!! To top it all off, pet friendly!

Lovely little cute Italian Trattoria, we had pizza and pasta and they were both delicious, the Tiramisu was also super creamy and rich in flavour! It was our third time there and we know for sure we will be back soon. The waiting staff is also very kind and friendly.

The food and sauces were very fresh - great carbonara (genuine with guanciale) and their tomato sauce tasted as if the tomatoes had been super-ripened on the vine! Hit on it by chance and very glad we did. Very friendly waitress. Excellent, so do try it.

Very nice Chef, loves his job. He Makes sure you feel as comfortable as possible. Don‘t forget to make your reservation in advance and be there early, because Pizzas sell out fast. At 8pm on saturday Pizza was out, but the Pasta is also good!

Went for lunch and had a lovely time. Martina provided the best service ever: attentive, present and welcoming. Had a steak and it was perfectly cooked and served: portions are out of real! Great place, ambience. Strongly recommended.
