Food quality is great! Fresh and very tasteful with a really good portions. Lovely service, will definitely be going back.

I work nearby so frequent the Angel Kitchen. The food is always fresh and the coffee good. Simple salads, pastries, juice and coffee. Would recommend to anyone.

We have been coming to the Angel kitchen for a while now. The food is so fresh and everyday there is something different to try. There is so much attention to detail and the staff are always friendly. All the food, bread and cakes are made on site. Very impressive.

this was a quick lunch option while working in London. the food was tasty. liked the variety of salads, which were quite fresh and not overly dressed. They did not have hot items available except for sandwhiches. and wish they had soup..

They do not accept debit cards for payments below £10, but they do accept credit cards; the staff are rather blunt and the facilities are quite uncomfortable.

The Angel Kitchen is my 'local'. Working in the same building where this cafe is located, I check the salad bar out everyday. All ingredients are fresh and everything is prepared locally. There's a good selection of salads and mains, which change everyday and are priced fairly for the generous portions. They also have take away boxes. I also recommend the Americano coffee and the rich chocolate brownie. I'm giving a score of 4 out of 5 because the treats are a bit too pricey - but worth it when you taste them.

This morning I bought a loaf of white sourdough bread. Came back home for lunch to discover that the loaf is at least 3 days old.(Sourdough has a shelf life of 5 to 7 days). Came back to the shop after one hour to bring them back the old loaf and they insisted (rudely) that was freshly baked this morning. After 5 minute of discussion trying to explain that the bread is clearly old (the crust is softer than the inside!) the lady that served my said (but, at least, is the taste good?), ?!?!? I didn't came back to ask my money back (which considering the price of the loaf 6£ would have been good!) but after waiting the line in the cold to buy a 6£ loaf, go home and find out that is not fresh, go back to complain in the cold, the least you can expect is a bit of understanding! RUDE STAFF, PRODUCT NOT FRESH, you can find better fresh bread anywhere else, avoid!

Rather haughty air of staff, overpriced. £4 for 4 alleged stuffed peppers (looked like 4 cherry tomatoes), £7 for a small dish of rather rubbery mussels in tomato sauce.

It was a real shame: I am pleased that some people have enjoyed it enough to leave positive reviews and I all I can imagine was it was different team in place when we visited. We arrived soon after opening time on a Sunday evening (pre theatre) so we were completely expecting a less lively atmosphere compared say to a Saturday evening or maybe after work on a weekday but we were looking forward to having our taste buds tickled at least . I was very disappointed as I am relatively familiar with Korean food and was looking forward to something interesting and perhaps a bit different. The only positive I can offer was that the locally brewed makkoli was good and very different from the imported longer shelf life product generally available in London. There was little engagement from the staff who seemed obsessed with the number of drinks initially ordered before anything could progress… I was shocked at the bill as the numbers absolutely did not tally with what we had experienced in just over an hour . The same figure would have fed and watered us very well almost anywhere else!
