Anatolia Turkish Restaurant in Fylde

I went here for the first time 2 weeks ago for a Birthday meal with my family, and all of the food we had was flawless. All the meat was flavoursome and cooked to perfection, and the staff (especially the owner) were really friendly and accommodating which made the experience all the better. We can't wait to go back!

We were greeted immediately we walked in and shown to our table with a sea view and the sun setting. Service was prompt and attentive without being too pushy. Drinks orders taken and a few of us only drink tap water which was regularly topped up. The food was absolutely delicious, lamb chops which were melt in the mouth. Crispy fries and salads. Lots for vegetarians too. The Turkish delight ice cream was delicious and made a nice change. The prices are extremely reasonable and really good portions sizes too. Lots of choice on the menu including fish dishes and vegetarian. You are missing out if you’ve not tried this gorgeous restaurant which is a credit to its owner. We will definitely be back soon. There is something for everyone and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Firstly the food we had was very nice and we all enjoyed it, decent portion sizes and not too expensive. The venue itself though has the appearance of a works canteen or college refectory, its not very restauranty and doesn't entice you to hang about or maybe have extra drinks and chill for a bit. Service is ok and things arrived very quickly (maybe too quickly) adding to the canteen feeling but the staff are friendly and polite. The sea view part adds nothing as there is nothing to see and you'll struggle anyway as the outsides of the windows are pitted with sandy salty deposits as can be expected in this location.

Probably the most original restaurant in the area, can’t think of another Turkish restaurant nearby. There are plenty of Italian Mediterranean or Indian restaurants to choose from but this restaurant serves exciting and different food that you won’t find anywhere else. Outstanding food and excellent service.

the food was absolutely amazing. The staff were very attentive and incredibly friendly. We had a party platter between two and couldn't eat it all. the meat was tender and incredibly tasty.

First impressions count…A very warm welcome from the staff on arrival, which set the tone for the evening. Staff were attentive, but not intrusive and the food was excellent. We had the mixed platter and left feeling full after having enjoyed a wonderful meal. We will definitely visit again if in Lytham.

First of all lovely position o the sea front, secondly warm welcome by Veli the owner, good menu plenty of choice and the food is 10/10 I eat out regularly and this food was another level! Good price nice settings, lovely owner! And the secret sauce is summat else! Wowzers! Define of our favourite meals recently ❤️

Delightful location, tasty food, warm welcome, good value for money. Only slight downside is that the space is quite large and echoy (a challenging listening environment for me). Sadly it was dark at the time of my visit so the view was slightly wasted on me, all the more reason to come back in the summer.

Visited on a Friday early evening with my wife whilst on a long weekend break from Aberdeenshire. Location was great with a window table at window overlooking sunny beach. Service and food were excellent and will definitely return if in the area again.

We rang on the night we wanted a table and were lucky enough to get in. The food is superb and great value for money. We shared a starter as we wanted to save ourselves for the main course however the portions were more than enough! The staff were friendly and very helpful regarding advising us about the different dishes as we weren’t sure what to have and we really felt looked after. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. We had a table with a sea view which was fantastic but the other tables in the restaurant were equally as good. Great food, great service. Thank you!👏

Anatolia always hits the spot, the food is amazing with some really unusual tasty spices especially the bread, rice and sauce, I always have chicken kebab which is so good. Great for kids too. The owner is such a nice man, very friendly as are the servers, well recommended.

Amazing restaurant. The food was delicious and service top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for any occasion. The staff were wonderful.

After climbing up the stairs, we entered a large room with lines of tables and chairs. Only when we were directed round the corner did you get a feel for a smaller dining room overlooking the bay. Ordered the beer, Effes, and then the food, the food was tremendous I had tiger prawns for the starter, and then the Adama Iskender. Really excellent. The only fault was the large portion of the main course. Maybe I should not have ordered the starter but all the food was too good to miss The staff were excellent. Well worth a visit

I had the lamb shank which was very tender (probably the best I have had for a few years) and was accompanied by a correct and a couple of potatoes which were also very nice. The buck wheat and spicy sauce accompanying it were very good too. A side of warm bread was provided and I have to say it was very nice.

Never been here, only passed by but always wondered what it would be like. So glad we went. From start to finish this place is a little gem. Staff fantastic, food amazing and beautiful decor. Had a gorgeous chicken dish called cremeala (sorry if spelt wrong) amazing!! Definitely coming back. 5* guys 🥰

Without a doubt my favourite restaurant in the area! I have been coming here since it was a little restaurant in the back streets of St.Ann’s, and still the quality and ambience is as beautiful as ever! My particular favourite this time was the sesame flatbread; I could eat a whole basket!

Made a last minute booking following recommendation from a couple we met in our hotel. Food was amazing, fabulous value for money. View from outside seating area was fab Do not be put off by the outside appearance - place is really worth a visit. Only negative (and staff did try to address but the family completely ignored their polite requests ) there were several children from the same party running around and climbing on chairs and tables and being really loud and disturbing everyone around. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area 😊

Was taken as a birthday treat from my friend and it completely lived up to her high recommendation. Already planning my next visit.

I came here for lunch on Wednesday for a starter and a main course and the food was really good. The portion sizes were not too big which suited me and the lunch deal was very reasonable. The service was also very good.

I've been here few times and the food is perfect every time. The atmosphere is fantastic and the friendliness of the staff makes it even better. In ky opinion it is the best Turkish in cambs.

I thought that this somewhat limited menu was expensive for what it was. I need to re-visit to give proper review.

We got on very well with the owners and got well and truly ripped off!! The owners were very polite and very funny, we told them how much we loved visiting Turkey because we have visited a lot of the country. We enjoyed two main meals, they offered us a free taster of various starters.

I agree with all the fantastic reviews. Excellent food and a warm welcome.I really enjoyed everything I tried and it was great to view it being cooked by the skilled chef, over the real charcoal barbecue. Of particular note was the lamb shish. It had a delicious flavour and the bulgar wheat it was served with was perfect. I wish I could make bulgar wheat half as good for myself at home.i rounded off my three courses with a nice turkish coffee.Lots of lovely little touches made this a visit to remember. I really want to visit Turkey after this fabulous experience. And I would come back to Lytham just for this restaurant.

I am a bit of a middle eastern food enthusiast, having spent my childhood and school years in Iraq. This restaurant prepares and serves fresh and authentic Turkish food in a pleasant and comfortable setting. For those of you who may not have tried it, have a go. Turkish food is sophisticated, interesting and tasty, and is best enjoyed in a small and personal setting like the Anatolia. My favourite way of enjoying Turkish food is to order a variety of dishes, and share them, and this suits the cuisine very well.We went vegetarian on this occasion, and it was excellent. The Turks know how to prepare vegetarian food, The smell of the meat being serves at other tables was drool-inducing, and was plainly being much enjoyed.We had Baklava for one dessert, and the chef's own recipe trifle for the other. Both were mouthwatering.The staff were extremely friendly. Thoroughly recommended.
