Been to Italy so sometimes difficult to get nice Italian in the uk but both of our meals were great. Friendly and speedy service. I would recommend.

Seriously bad. Getting on for an hour for food to arrive. Chicken... seriously dry and over cooked Meatballs ... raw Doughballs .. too long in a deep fat fryer Sauté potatoes .. greasy and awful. Beer and wine seriously overpriced Avoid

Tras pasear por muchos de gran interés de Londres para ver, empezamos buscando algún lugar para comer. Como llegamos a este restaurante encontramos y decidimos probarlo como parecía lleno, lo que siempre es una buena señal. Nos sentamos, el menú es bastante grande así que muchas opciones. Terminamos aceitunas y pan como entrante y tenía pasta para platos principales y ambos platos estaban muy sabrosos y de buen tamaño, terminamos con el desierto, que era muy bueno también.El servicio fue rápido y el personal amable.Los precios un poco caro causa de su ubicación, sin embargo la comida merecía la pena.

Espaço muito agradável, acolhedor e bonito.Em relação à comida não tem muito que se lhe diga pedimos 3 tipos d massa mas todas comuns e iguais as que fazemos em casa. Uma das pastas a qualidade do bacon era uma grande miséria.De resto para melhorar e poder compensar claro um português que foi 5 e atendeu nos muito bem com a sua colega Italiana. Um bem haja mas não recomendo

La mejor parte del restaurante por desgracia es que está bien situado si estásbuscando una cena antes o después del teatro.Hemos probado sin gluten penne y albóndigas espagueti. . .El plato de penne no estaba caliente y cuando nos dijo acerca de que al camarero, la respuesta fueque si me lo más calor, sería evadirse. . . .Las albóndigas espagueti estaba bien, le faltaban algunas especias, siendo un plato muy normal.Quizás es el problema - no hay razón para ir de nuevo, lo que debería ser larazón para la existencia de cualquier restaurante.

Went here for a meal after a show. The meal was lovely, we were served very quickly by a efficient waitress. Reasonable price, would highly recommend.

We arrived for dinner after 10pm and were happily welcomed. The food was delicious and although it is an Italian restaurant the seafood was great. It was very nice and cosy downstairs which was exactly what we were after.

Herlig resturant der vi var eit flokk på 8 stk, vi fikk egen "hule" der vi var litt for oss sjølv, maten var utrolig god. Hyggelige servitører som altid hadde eit smil på lur.

Utrolig god service, god stemming (selv om lokalet var fult) og utrolig god pasta! Hadde en meget søt og flott dame som tok bestillingen vår. Rolig og behagelig atmosfære, mtp alt stresset og maset rett utenfor døren. Skal absolutt tilbake hit!

Embutidas en una mesa, sin espacio para mover un gato, esperamos 30 minutos antes de que un camarero encontré con los menús, la comida llegó y era de mala calidad y caro. Se volvería NO! ! !

Não vale a visita. Pratos normais, mas um espaguete muito ruim. . E ainda consegue ser melhor que a garçonete Brenda, que foi muito mal educada e deixou o almoço pior. Na foto a lasanha, que foi a nossa melhor pedida.

Stumbled across this restaurant after along day with friends. 10 minutes before closing and they were so warm and accommodating. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. Couldn't ask for more except for them to open closer to my home in the north of England. Wishful thinking.

Detta var nog bland de värsta upplevelser jag haft. Otroligt dålig service där man glömde allt. När väl maten kom på bordet smakade det fruktansvärt. Överkokt pasta och såsen var sämre än de man köper på en konservburk. Aldrig mer!

This restaurant is only a stroll from busy Bond St - a haven at lunchtime, cool, quiet and superbly clean, service was amazing and food (given the price - not very expensive) was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing for a High St chain - could not have enjoyed it more, by the time we left it was filling up so obviously poplar after 1.30pm, paid with Tesco vouchers but meal was £35 for 2, small lite lunch (adequate portion for 2 girlie lunches) and dessert + drinks -

Went her after seeing her majesty's theatre show the phantom of the opera lovely food, staff was friendly, nice place to visit and must say the ice cream was delicious not cheapest and not loads of choice but just what we wanted whilst visiting London will try again soon

Popped in after theatre towards the end of service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was reasonably priced. Whilst others in the party said their food was great my lasagne was cold dislike the plate it was served in being scolding. I suspect this was as the lasagna was from the wait 15 minutes part of the menu and the restaurant was close to shutting time. Personally I would not return but it is not entirely negative as some others on the party would

Love Italian food and it was across the road from the theatre so I thought great. As a treat I booked my husband this dinner I booked the table for 6. To be fair we were 20mins late, London transport to blame, but told us our table was for 5:30. I showed the lady the email to say the booking was for 6. Anyway we said don't worry if you haven't got a table we will go somewhere else. She got a table for us which was great. We sat down, the space is a little cramped. We ordered our drinks which took ages. Ordered our food, the starters took 30mins. Another table the came in after us, had finished their starter, on their second round of drinks and on their mains. A table next to us was waiting for their bill for 20mins and in the end went up to the manager to pay because our waitress was so slow. Then it was a further 30mins for our mains. We had to leave in 15mins to get to the show. My husband ate his pizza fast and I had to leave 3/4 of my pasta. The food was lovely but service was so slow and I didn't get to enjoy my dinner So over priced too

We walked in on a Friday night and got a table and food very quickly, The lasagna was a deep dish, creamy and meaty and one of the best I have had in a restaurant. Staff are pleasant and very efficient.

Stumbled upon this place last weekend on a trip to London, a lovely little place with a homely feel and good service.But the Food.... wow, I went for the Seafood dish with Whitebait, prawns, squid plus much more.... it was AMAZING! beautiful sauce lovely presentation and a very reasonable price considering the location/...!! Would definitely visit again!

We went for dinner, ordered margarita pizza - had no taste looked unappetizing !! Salad- lettuce was soggy, ( the lady next to us found something in her salad) The waitress never came to ask if all is ok.... she ignored our table until I called her and said that the food is terrible we cannot eat it She apologized and said they have a new chef. She came back to table and gave us the bill for the drinks. After that we only ate at Bella Italia when we felt like Italian food

Had a pasta craving whilst shopping in Covent Garden and was faced with Bella Pasta or Spagetti House..... I had been previously to another Spagetti House in Mayfair so popped into the Leicester Sq outlet. So glad I did. It was lovely. Very friendly staff and fresh tasty food. Would happily pop in again.

We enjoyed a meal here before seeing war horse. Party of 2 adults and 1 child (11 yrs). Lovely restaurant although downstairs is a bit squashed (cosy) with tables very close to each other.Lovely meal great flavours and presentation. Service was fab we tipped well.Would recommend!

We had a great lunch, with a very helpful and obliging waitress. Just as we ordered my son had a phone call and a meeting he had was brought forward and we had to put a rush on our order .. It all worked beautifully . The food was great I shared with my husband the mussels Linguini... Just wonderful and the right amount of chilli. The meals are a very generous size. And the coffee was good... And it was nice to be able to sit in the sunshine out of the wind on a cold summers day!

This is one of the worst places I've ever been, I came with my friends and ordered food. There was hardly anyone here but the food seemed to take hours for the food to arrive... When it came it raw and I had to ask for it to be cooked again. It also smelt horrible and I couldn't believe it... I've been somewhere so bad in my life

There are much better quality restaurants than this. Our food look like it had been dished out sometime ago and reheated. It was very busy.

We had a lovely meal at the spaghetti house we had spaghetti Bolognese and although it was nice I've had better.

Italian castle. Very nice, good space, close by and tasty. Was a group of 25 people in conference inner city. When we arrived they where friendly.We felt very welcome. They had everything Italian and continental and British and.... Order online or by phone. Nice.

On a very busy evening in London this place was packed but the waitee could not do enough without being in your face. The food was delicious but for central London the prices were not inflated. My daughters spaghetti bolognaise was described as the second best she's ever had and shes had a lot. The best ever was in Italy itself praise indeed. I was given a complimentary glass of prosecco as the waiter felt he was too long bringing our drinks out. I don't agree but thank you anyway.

The day we flew into London we unpacked at the hotel and strolled down the street. I had been craving a spaghetti dinner so we decided to stop in the Spaghetti House. We shared a caprice salad, bruschetta, and spaghetti bolognese for two. It was all excellent! My only complaint would be the table for 2 was too small for 2 people! I finished of the meal with the profiteroles which I did not share!

The title said it all. Any restaurant that allows human sheddings to get into the food that they serve isn't going to get a good review from me from the start.So.... It's Saturday night in Leicester Square and it's heaving. We were told that we could expect a 15-20 minute wait and to their credit, they kept us informed at all stages as to our remaining waiting time.We were shown to a small table where an very polite young lady offered us drinks which came quickly and took our orders. My wife ordered the calamari and I ordered the garlic bread. The calamari was bland and rubbery and the garlic bread was equally disappointing. My guess that it was a strip of French roll that was quartered and then sprayed with some kind of garlic oil flavouring leaving it dry and tasteless. When one is paying nearly £6.00 for this, one would expect a much better offering.As we tucked into our starters, almost simultaneously both my wife and I stopped eating. I found a long blonde hair on my garlic bread and my wife found the same on her calamari. Needless to say I called the waitress over, but it was my wife's birthday and she did not want me to make a fuss and spoil her birthday meal, even though there was hairs in the food. I told the waitress about it and to her credit she offered to change both dishes, but given the fact that I knew how my wife felt about me "Making a fuss" I simple told her to forget it, bring the main course and please inform the kitchen staff that they are feeding humans and not some other animals who don't care.Our Spagetti cardonara for two arrived and in all fairness was quite tasty thanks to being properly cooked with good ingredients.So why two stars?There was human hairs in the food and you should never and I repeat NEVER have to eat human sheddings with your meal.They would have got and extra mark from me if they'd have not charged me for the two items.... but they did.Overall, I was disappointed in the reaction from the waitress, she should have got the manager to deal with this issue, but I think because they're based where they are, they don't care if we don't ever use their restaurant again..... It isn't as if without our custom they're going to go out of business.Would I ever eat there again? no.

The food was good, not great or special, but definitely good. I was very impressed with the quality of the kid's meals for a very reasonable price. All the adults in the party were also happy with their meals. The service was friendly and attentive without being super helpful. The tables were very cosy. Our party of 6 was located in a small cellar like structure with two other groups of two. Not much room between tables but it was still workable.

Had a meal for 12 and we all had a great time. A small place but good atmosphere. The food was great and the service was excellent. great choice and they also catered for gluten free so do not be afraid to ask as they are really helpful.Would come again.

We ate here before the theatre and were very disappointed with the quality of the food....tomatoes were soft on the bruschetta, the mushroom risotto was bland and the pizza was just OK. Overall the service was just so so and we felt the food was overpriced for what we ate .... Would not visit again.

Nous avons mangé ici a 4, rien a dire de spécial, c'est très bien, il y a de quoi mangé, le service est compris, les prix sont correcte le personnel sympathique, le seul truc - anecdotique - c'est qu'on mourrait de soif et que quand on a demandé de l'eau ils nous ont amener 4 verres d'eau sans carafeje recommande.

Das Essen war gut und die Bedienung freundlich. Ich würde allerdings nicht noch einmal dort hingehen da das Restaurant voll von Touristen ist

Great atmosphere, nice vibe with friendly staff and busy. We received a warm and friendly greeting on arrival and were seated very fast. We were told our table was downstairs. Impressive communication as staff downstairs knew to expect us. Food was very nice, staff very friendly. It's a restaurant we will return to. Air con was a little cool however.
