American Burgers in Bedford

This place seems a joke placed a order online to get a txt 15 minutes later saying they haven't got all of the items ordered and will cancel the order but it will take 3 to 5 days to refund the money my advise stay away from this place

I cannot comment on the food as it sounds lovely, this score is for extremely poor customer service and delivery. It said estimated delivery 60mins, I phoned at 60 mins to 'welfare check' my food...was told it was just being finished off. I was fine with that, as it the menu looked good. Another 20 mins, still no food, tried calling and constantly engaged...either they are that good, or the phone was off the hook!!! Another 45 mins later, they turned up and what erked me more was no apology for the delay and their disgusting attitude and conduct when I declined the delivery as we had to go out 15mins later, night ruined. Then, with more food to deliver, they started to get narky saying I cannot get a refund through them as I ordered through Deliveroo...Deliveroo weren't interested because they then took another hour to acknowledge they tried to deliver. 0.5 stars for customer service 0.5 stars for unacceptable delivery and poor attitude. Sorry if you are the owner reading this, as your food does sound nice, but ordering food is about the experience and the food, and I cannot get passed the attitude from your delivery driver or the unacceptable delay that resulted in a ruined meal and evening. Bar from an amazing gesture of good will, your business is only as good as the last customer, the same goes for deliveroo. I cannot recommend this takeaway based on this experience.
