Weve had takeaway from here before and been happy but decided to sit in last Friday and take advantage of the early menu with our 1 year old in tow. Food was excellent and super tasty, so glad we randomly decided to head in. Would recommend it. I'm always a little nervous with a baby incase they don't want the noise/chaos but they were so welcoming and friendly! All the waiters said hello and talked to her and she loved the attention :) Thanks so much for a lovely meal out

Just had a table for 7 at Amans. Food, atmosphere and staff superb. Made a real fuss of my mum who loved every second of it! Been many times and always the same excellent service and award winning food. Love it!

Amans... where to start. A true staple of Bramhall - a little pocket of vibrancy in what is a pretty drab and beige village. The food - always excellent. Flavours that tap you on the shoulder long into the night. The staff, even better - always warm, friendly and happy to reassure those with any allergy/dietary requirements. And of course, on hand to explain the menu - if we so need it! I feel sometimes like I want to hop scotch my way across the whole menu... if my stomach would allow. The new interior decor is a much-needed improvement. Perhaps add a gluten free bread and we're golden.

Great food and service - we will be back. There are some different dishes to the “standard” menus you sometimes get which we are looking forward to sampling. Good value for money as well.

We regularly get take away from Aman's and it’s always delicious. This Sunday my son chose Aman’s for his 11th birthday meal, he (and the rest of the family), loved it. Can’t wait to go back!

Been a regular of Amans for many years and the curries are delicious, whether sitting in or takeaway. Mo and the guys including Raj are brilliant and always go that extra mile to get it right. The food is tasty and a lot of choice, they will make things to suit if you like it a littler hotter or milder - just ask. We’ve also had the bbq packs they sell in the summer. Just brilliant.

A late decision to go on a Saturday night but a very pleasant surprise it was great. It is a modern bright restaurant with a comprehensive menu.

Tauba tauba (dear God) where to start. I was looking forward to trying this place out as I’m particular about my curries and wanted to find a decent place near to where I live . It was a busy night in there and while we were waiting for the rest of our group to arrive, we just asked for a plate of poppodoms to quickly start with as we were hungry but we were informed that we would had to wait for the remainder of the group to arrive first! Apparently, us ordering this pre starter would cause confusion for the waiters but they didn’t have an issue giving us drinks at that point did they! I called another waiter over and asked him for poppodoms only for him to announce, “ I only do drinks” so then I called over the manager and he finally allowed us the poppodoms. We then gave our orders and the waiter was v specific in carefully taking the order for the mains first from all first and then he went round with our sundries after which seemed rather long winded. And yet despite this attention to detail, they forgot my husband’s starter of a mixed grill for 2 ( you can imagine how devastated he was) ! He just wanted to leave at that point. The food arrived for me and I was so disappointed. As an Asian “desi” we know what decent food is - so why do some Indian restaurants persist in this day and age to add processed awful food colouring to the veg and meat- do you really think that’s acceptable? My pakoras were like doughy golf balls and and the batter on my paneer was given a wonderful shot of pink colouring! Awful and tasteless. Needless to say I couldn’t eat it. Then my mains arrived. The aloo parata was also tasteless, the bhindi was ok but the paneer in butter sauce … well take a look for yourself below . Needless to say it remained untouched as it looked radio active! All I could think of was why didn’t we go to Hitchki in Cheadle -one of the best curry houses in this neck of the woods. Amaans could do with going there to try all their dishes (especially their paneer in butter sauce which is heaven) and take some tips on service and overall food quality.

We went on Saturday for early bird meal. I was disappointed with the new surroundings. We were taken to the bottom end where the tables for 2 were. I asked if we could sit somewhere else but waiter said that all tables were booked. I sat facing the fish tank. All the waiters were standing round in this area. Poppadoms weren't fresh and the rest of the meal was just OK. Rice and nan bread portions were small .No atmosphere and we could have sat elsewhere as only a family of 4 came in making 3 tables taken. In all very disappointing.

Food was lovely but service terrible.

Went there with my daughter and family, it was their treat for my birthday. We greeted li,w old friends, my daughter goes regularly for take aways especially. The food was excellent, service great, all in all would definately go again and would recommend to anyone.

Consistently good food. I recommend everything I've tried. King prawn, chicken, lamb dishes are tender. Saag paneer- I think chef makes own paneer, so creamy.

Ok so we arrived a little late. The restaurants option is to discuss that we arrive 5 mins before closure ie 5 mins before last orders or take the order and deliver a great guest experience. Worst meal in Bramhall.

Great tasting curry, succulent meat and really good value. Staff are attentive and polite. They made a mistake and didn't charge us for a round of drinks and only realised after we had paid the bill, but they didn't push and just said it was on the house...not sure most other restaurants would do the same. Our first time, and will definitely go back.

Always excellent food as a takeaway or even eating in. However people have got used to them being late. Ask to pick up food at 7:30. It'll be ready 45 mins later, if lucky. I know everyone now expects this from them, but is it actually fair to book earlier just because you know your food will only get started when you walk in.

Very under staffed waited 90 minutes for our meal. The annoyance of this could have been avoided had we been warned of their staff shortages when we arrived. Food was nice when it finally arrived, except the chips they really need to upgrade these.

Was told it would be 30mins for a table. Then told 40mins and after waiting a further 20mins was told an HOUR. The waiter was rude and told us to leave when we said it was unacceptable. Will never go back absolutley disgraceful

Looks wonderful. Most of the staff are good. Pretentious manager. The food is poor, served very cool by the time they got it out and not anything like quality for the price. Worst Buna and even worse Tika I've had for a long time.
