Worlds slowest takeaway didnt accept my order i was waiting 10 mins for the order tobe confirmed but i go no response... so i canceled my order..... useless takeaway dont order from here goto KFC instead

Says its open on just eat you order and food never comes then u mess about trying to get ur money back

This place steals from customers. They accept orders, take your money and never deliver. You have to contact JustEat and spend 30 mins clearing security to get your money back. I called the restaurant and they said they delivered. That's not true. A man then called claiming to be the delivery man, he was rude and abusive. Its a scam they must run. AVOID. This place is criminal! Gives the brand a bad name. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Good food but not great, I was recommended this place but sadly didn't live up to the hype, don't get me wrong you can still get a nice chicken burger or wings.

Worst chicken ever and had to wait nearly 3 hours for food never have I had chicken so dry and over cooked complained to manager but just so abrupt don't recommend anyone eat from here !!!!!!

The food was cold, the burger bun was hard, chicken burger batter was too salty, didn't make my burgers spicy as I asked for, trying to charge 50p for a ketchup sachet and the chicken was dry, wouldn't recommend to anyone unfortunately which is my honest opinion and I'll never go back neither 👎🏽

Allen's is my favourite local chicken shop. Everytime fresh, on time if ordered delivery. The staff are friendly.. well most of them are. But definitely use fresh ingredients in their wraps and burgers. Never had a complain about missing items or order not delivered right.

Very mediocre food. Hot, fresh and fairly priced. The presentation of the food and the delivery was good. Unfortunately no taste, flavour or spice to any of the chicken or chips. There are too many other chicken shops in the Cheetham Hill area. Allen’s really needs to up it’s game, if it wants to compete.

Ordered chicken burger meal, single cheese burger with lettuce mayo and ketchup and a slice of chocolate cake. Got what appeared and tasted like a two day old chicken fillet with a decent size portion of chips, a standard cheese burger with no lettuce and the cake never came in the bag! YOU DO NOT GET WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE MENU. They missed items off my order and i had to repeat several times that i wanted an orange fanta.

0 stars from me. They took my money and gave my order to someone else, then when I asked them about it they were extremely rude and made up some story about an Indian girl answering my number (Which never happened as that is my telephone number and I don't know who that person is). Basically fraud and theft AVOID. I shall be taking this matter to higher authorities.

Food never turned up despite saying on the way

This spot is one of my favorites! Fair pricing, big dishes and the staff are constantly very welcoming. I bet if you try them one time you will become a regular customer.

Glad that we have visited this new place. Affordable prices with compare to other local takeaways which are rip off. Loved their cheese burger with variety meal box.

It’s the first time I’ve gone there today 8 o’clock I asked for chicken burger meal and said spicy the guy serving customers told me wait I waited for 3 minutes I nearly changed my mind to get a different thing because he told me wait I didn’t know he had took my order as he said wait and didn’t ask me for anything and only said wait so I was ready to say my order however he gave me a chicken burger I told him what is this he said it’s yours I said but you didn’t ask for my order I told him you should have asked what you want like salads sauces however he was very rude he said everything is in the menu read it but unfortunately if you go to different takeaways and ask for order they will ask what would you like I only do this review as to it are new in the Area if you server customers like this it’s goi To be bad for your business.
