All in One in South Lanarkshire

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Ordered a spicy mince pizza and clarified 3 times on the phone that it was spicy mince then went to pick my order up and says “I phoned an order in” to which he replied “ spicy chicken pizza” when i corrected him he said it was spicy mince then when I went to pay the card machine wasn’t working he said CASH ONLY! which I wasn’t made aware of he then told me I wasn’t getting my order as I didn’t have cash but ended up doing bank transfer and when I got home it was a spicy chicken pizza anyway. BAD English AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Ordered a masala took one mouth full and was burning my mouth ,,,rang the guy up and of course I was wrong 😒,,nearly 13 pound for it to end up in the bin,stay away ,,,never had a masala that's salty and the spice strength of a madras

Ordered by phone at 5.40, food wasn't here by 7.10 called shop who said it would b with us in 5mins. Food delivered was stone cold, missing juice. Called back to be asked what I wanted done about it. Told them I wanted fresh food. Took over an hour to arrive again had to call shop to be told it had left shop. Wen food eventually arrived, kebab was literally a nan bread and some donner meat, no salad no sauce which was ordered, burger had nothing on it. Chips wer rotten. All in all waited 3hours for rotten food. Staff attitude was shocking in the phone twice. Customer service is appalling wish I never ordered 🤢

Decent takeaway and good prices

Food has been excellent each time, piping hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and nothing seems too much trouble even when I’ve been in at closing time. Pizzas, curries and hoagies have all been delicious. We like the pizza bases from here. This is one of the better franchises.

Went into shop at 9pm the radios blasting while my order was being taken, by the time I sit down to enjoy my kebabs there's NO salad and sauce never mind my chicken pakora NOT even been put in my bag but they still charged me, RAGING to say the least, won't be going back in there again.

I waited 1hour and a half yet still hadn't received my delivery so I called them he apologised saying they were very busy eventually guy came with delivery and it had plain nan bread instead of the garlic nan bread I had ordered and paid for plus I gave the delivery driver nearly £2 tip

Just waited near 2 hours for food the night when it came chips were reheated and the two pizzas were stone cold and sausage on it smelt off, and to top it off my two cans of cola came dressed as cans of pepsi , outrage is not the word i could use, ive thrown everything out wont be back sorry not even a 1 star but have to click one star just to leave review

Ordered a chicken tikka goalie waited an he it was stone cold and chips were still hard be the last order they get from me

After a 2 and half hour wait food never arrived, I ordered from somewhere else as was hungry, by the time I had went to bed it was 6 and half hours after originally ordering, still no food arrived

Over 2 hours we waited for our food to come cold and half the order missing. Sent straight back to the driver. Called but the guy didnt seem to really care so says it all really. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Waited over 2 hours for chicken tikka calzone and when it arrived was just a lump of dough with 6 little pieces of chicken inside. Very disappointed... will give all in one a miss from now on.

Can't really recommend this place. Pizza was edible that's the reason for higher than one star. Donner meat was just dry and like leather. Was charged £3.50 for a small donner portion when donner with chips is £3. I was asked if I wanted sauce, I asked what sauces they do, was told 'Kebab sauce', no idea what flavour that would be 🤷🏼‍♂️. Chap behind the counter wasn't the most pleasant of folks either.

Lovely we place , pub grub food is so tasty great prices , staff very friendly . Love it .

Got chicken pakora which was the worst ive ever had and a spicy chicken pizza that was tough as old boots hardly any topping on it ill never buy from here again used to be good a few years ago but ill avoid this from now on

Pakora was good but heating it up in the microwave has never worked

Good quality freshly made food quite long wait for it but worth waiting for. Down side though if ordering delivery quite slow can take up to an hour + unfortunately !

Ordered chicken tikka starter at £4.90 was provided with 4 tiny pieces of chicken which was dry and powdery. I assume they realised how much of a rip off this was and added a few chewy, soggy chips! Used to be a great takeaway. Won’t be back!

Kebabs are really good but walked in the other day chapped the door ect but none was serving at the counter ended up elsewhere

Ordered kids mini kebab meal came without sauce and salad which it says it comes with it . Called them up and said salad and sauce will be delivered soon still waiting !!! And now kids wont eat as its cold !! Wont be back !

Chips were under cooked 3 times despite me phoning up and there was a hair in a pizza I got from there too and staff was rude on the phone if I could I would give 0 stars.

Appalling - we couldnt decide what to have for dinner last night (8th April), eventually ordered from all in one at 8:15 last night, ETA 9:30. Called at 9:45 and was told it was just leaving the shop......called again at 10:15 and again told it was just leaving the shop (must be stock answer). 10:30 Called to cancel and request refund.....again said it was just leaving (for the 3rd time!), called him out on this and then he promised to call me back in 5 mins. 10:45, called back to apologise the delivery driver had broken down and would remake order and have it with us in 5 mins, delivered by him personally. Told him I still wanted a refund, it's over an hour late, wasn't prepared to do this, so agreed on cancel and refund. Nearly 11 I get a call, this time from the delivery driver, who says he delivered it to us. I invite him to come back round to the house to prove to himself that wherever he delivered it to, it wasn't us. Doesn't seem to have taken me up on this. I complain via just eat, who the take away also lied too, claimed delivered to us and on time and didn't want to authorise the refund, though seems just eat saw through them and gave us a refund anyway. Not good enough - esp not when there is so much competition in Larkhall!

I don't understand why this has any less than 5☆☆☆☆☆ pizzas are the best I've ever tasted. Delivery is quick and the staff are very kind and I love the food 😍😍😍

Terrible service, waited 1 hour and a half before calling again to check what was taking so long. Turns out they didn't take our order seriously and just forgot about it - asked if I sitll wanted it - which I said yes. About 40 minutes pass before a man comes to the door, not with food or anything, just coming by to check if we STILL wanted the order and claimed that they had some 'prank orders' which I find highly unlikely and even then so, that shouldn't mean our order is neglected because of assumptions. When the food DID arrive about another 20 minutes later we still paid full (no tip for obvious reasons) and ate our meal. My food was mediocore at best, a £2.80 chips and cheese, more like a bunch of chips and 15 thread sized strips of melted cheese. Furthermore my dining companions complained that their meal was pretty terrible also, the only reason we ate it at that point was because we were literally starving for around 2 and a half hours before finally getting our order. All in all, I would NOT recommend this establishment unless you're walking in to collect it, even so the food wasn't great. There are definitely better takeaways in Larkhall - chois, sunrise, quintillianis and 7 spices all do good food and get to my door in 30 mins tops. 1 star... (wish it could be 0)

Faultless meal and service. Definitely the take away we will use in future.

Placed an order for a King Kebab from All in one Larkhall at 5.30pm on 06/02/15 and after 3 phone call to find out where my delivery is I'm still waiting for it at 7.17pm. Absolute garbage customer care skills and all they want is your cash not your repeat business. I won't be back.
