Unfortunately, we came out quite a busy time, which meant we had to wait half an hour to 40 minutes for a takeaway. it is such a clean restaurant and the food was very nice, but I think given how busy it was the quality of the food was slightly compromised. I would come here again though.

We had my niece's 13th birthday party here and it was fabulous! The food and service was exceptional; the grilled platters were hot, cooked well and delicious. The salads were perfect. Everything was clean and spotless. Would definitely return! Thank you!

Took 11 kids and 7 adults here for 13th birthday and couldn’t have been any better. The food was fantastic and the staff couldn’t have done any more for us. Highly recommended

My first Order take away ... and about 1 month ago I picked up Both occasions food vas Fabulous , just what you expect from proper Turkish Restaurant! I have eaten in many different locations over the years... and let's just say if you fancy nice fresh Turkish food then don't hesitate to either visit this place or order online ( sure if you live within 3 miles of this place) 2 times and least but not last to say won't be my last order! We’ve lived in Rainham for about 3 years and this is our local Turkish spot. We have visited countless times and have always experienced the best service and delicious food. They are always consistent every time. We have visited as a couple many times and now we always visit with our new baby. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is very clean and the prices are very reasonable. We’ve ordered for home delivery several times too. This will always be a regular staple restaurant for our family. Highly recommend the place! 😊

Food is absolutely delicious. It's our go to when we want a Turkish takeaway and I'm yet to have anything tastier in the area. For what you pay you get your moneys worth and the service has always been exceptional whenever I've ordered. Delivery is quick, food is delicious and service is amazing - couldn't ask for anything more!

I’ll start off with the positives. Everything was packaged well and presented well. The rice and bulgar was cooked to perfection. Chips were hot and crispy. Its almost a novelty to get hot crispy chips from a takeaway these days: The delivery was very quick. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. The mixed kebab priced at a hefty £16.50 was over cooked. I opted for the chicken shish and lamb kofte. I’ve never had chicken shish that dry before. The chicken was palatable mixed with the bulgar and “chilli sauce.” The chilli sauce tasted like garlic pepper paste and nothing else. The lamb kofte was clearly seasoned with peppers, herbs and spices. But it was so over cooked that it tasted like dry charcoal. The bread looked like it would have been lovely fresh. But unfortunately it was so stale that it made a snapping sound when I broke it. This is not the cheapest place to offer Turkish kebabs. The reviews are pretty good too. However, I was left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed and completely ripped off! I wouldn’t eat here again.

Had an amazing experience with my family last weekend! We loved it, the food was absolutely delicious. The selection of the dips was great. I had the lamb shish temple with chips which I highly recommend, it was 10/10. We also had some baclava which tasted really authentic and fresh. Couldn’t even get a proper picture of it because it was eaten so quick! The service was extremely high quality, prompt and friendly, our server Camilla was so lovely. Thank you!

I don't normally like giving a negative review but I have ate from here before and it has been nice but the day I ordered just eat i was very disappointed. The chicken burger wasn't cooked properly I took a bite and heared a crunch noise from the chicken and it wasn't cooked well enough made me nauseous after. Chips were a bit over cooked and meat and chips was bland. Just disappointed in getting excited to have my food when it arrives and i wasn't happy. My intentions is not to be hurtful I apologise,I waited an hour or so for the delivery and for me to call back to to try and resolve the issue would have just taken longer for them to send another order and so on. As I have mentioned at the top of my message I have ate from here before and it has been nice, unfortunately today's experience wasn't the same and so iam entitled to giving a review like everyone else by just being honest so it helps you to know what went wrong.

Outstanding we ordered a sharing meal and extra bread and chips. Everything was perfect and although I was surprised at the £60 price tag for a Friday night kebab it turned out to be restaurant quality from start to finish and I’d say there is enough leftover for lunch tomorrow aswell or if you had guests over for takeaway you could feed 4 people.

Came in on a busy NYE for takeaway. It took about 25 minutes to get our food but it was WORTH IT. The shakahuka & pita was perfect. Baklava is class and the doner wrap was jam packed.

Food was nice and fresh very good portion size . Plenty of chips and doner meat . Ok not slight thing I prefer traditional pitta bread with meat and salad inside but that’s purely personal taste. Garlic sauce was decent . Service was absolutely fantastic very polite and quick . Would definitely recommend.

The best lamb shish wrap ..always so tasty and order requests are always followed, never had the chance to dine in yet so I can't rate atmosphere, but now my go to Friday evening treat after a long week at work, thankyou 😊

Tasty food specially (Chicken and Beaf)

The mixed grill was good overall although the portion size was small considering that it cost £18. The chips were overcooked and dry. One of the main staff members who was serving customers and preparing orders kept swearing out loud repeatedly and appeared to be enjoying it. That was very strange, unpleasant and unprofessional.

Overall good experience. Price a bit high as compared to market.

Very upset as we ordered our food over 1 hour and 30 minutes ago and it’s still not here. Every time we call we are told it will come soon. Second time I called I was told Uber will deliver it when it’s clearly their own driver. I am fuming. I am a loyal customer and order every single week and now I’m left without food and it’s not here. Not happy.

Regular customer here. Food is usually great but just got a takeaway. Called as soon as the food was dropped off as the portion size was a disgrace. Called to complain, waited over 10 minutes while the chefs argue in the background and made out like I was lying. Only to be told nothing we can do. Offered something on the house for next time then the guy changed his mind and said only if I come in now to show my food. Offered them to send a picture of the food if given a mobile number but they didn’t want me to. Absolute disgrace won’t be going back

Visited for a work lunch and I had the lamb shish which was delicious! Salad was fresh with a very tasty dressing and the bread was soft and warm. Great service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing Food! The best in the area without question!! This has become our family regular hot spot for both eating in and takeaways. Food is always on point - you cant go wrong with the Platters, very well portioned and tastes great! I will certainly post again with the pictures !!

I ordered the mixed shish and the portion was quite small and the bread was not freshly made - most likely it was store bought. Nonetheless, the meat was tasty. I was quite disappointed by experience this time: this place is not what it used to be.

Just arrived after being highly recommended this restaurant by friends in the area. Left within 5 minutes of sitting down. Server didn’t even say hello and I asked for half rice/chips on my main as a small portion of each and was refused, told to pay extra and they wouldn’t do it, would rather lose the custom. Will not be back.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. Staff were rude, more interested in their own conversations than serving customers that are waiting to place an order. They ignore you like you are not there. Lots of complaining about customers, which is very unprofessional. Food cold and dry. Chicken doner from the pot not freshly cut, the chicken had a funny smell to it. Pitta was rock hard. Salad was okay, and sauces nice. But wouldn’t recommend. The prices are very high too.

I have been a regular customer for a while but last few times, I have been disappointed either items missing or order wrong, as cant order via Uber anymore had to ring the shop and communication is terrible either the person answering the phone is hard to talk to or I have to repeat myself several times. Having read the recent reviews (very suspicious most all on the same day?!? Internal or fake maybe) I must agree with with the lady employee comments, it has gone downhill recently and so has the quality and quantity. If its the big lady with glasses she regularly delivered to me and was always very polite and always earlier than expected, I won't be ordering again

The environment is very friendly and also good good and tasty. Would recommend the rice pudding especially, as most Turkish places make it too watery, their texture is on point! It used to be takeaway oriented but now they redecorated and improved the eat-in as well.

I was working for these people for 2 years! I walked out last week and will now publicly call them out! Unprofessional and incompetent! Customer service diabolical! No respect for customers or thier opinions (see response comments on other reviews) intimidating and disrespectful to females using thier own language and take no responsibility for thier own mistakes. The food is good but depending on who prepares it and who delivers it is hit and miss! Since the temporary management they had in left in January, the place has gone downhill! This review is not left maliciouslly as a disgruntled ex employee, but someone with self respect and dignity! And who doesnt think its acceptable for grown men challenge a 19 yr old woman for a fight! So I look forward to the response! Reply to response: 1. Busiest night? 2 deliveries in 4 hrs?? The driver in question who u previously sacked because he took 43 mins to do a 12 min delivery and in your word 'slow, lazy and always eating' cried and u gave his job back works for u 60 hrs a week as well as having a 2nd job was due to finish in 10 minutes and yet allowed him to take my delivery after waiting for 2hr 25mins since the last delivery! You also failed to mention that i came bk 20 mins later and asked ro talk to you and you was 'too busy' but watching football on your phone! Respect and goodwill??? I must have missed that! And getting my daughter to start fights???? Are u having a laugh she stuck up for herself because at least 4 of you adult men had shouted at her and blamed her for things that wasn't her fault! Ordered last night. Called the restaurant to give a requirement to the Chef, lady on the phone very polite and straight forward. Food was absolutely tasty. The lamb Ribs were cooked to perfection. Very chunky and very tasty. Definitely worth the money, as I buy Ribs quite a lot and never any meat on them what's so ever. Filo pastry, lamb doner etc all was full of flavour. Will be buying again for tonight's dinner 😋

It's a decent local Turkish place. I mainly order take away. Price is a bit steep and my most recent order, they've reduced the portion of food, mainly the chilli sauce and cold mezes.

Firstly the food is amazing, BUT.. ordered through Uber Eats. Firstly the delivery driver was a Male, not a Female. With the problem of fake accounts with Uber Eats it raises a concern. The big problem was the food was left open in the bag, nothing sealed. The driver could of tampered with the food. Especially as it was a different driver then on the app. Final comment... IMMERGRATION !!!

Orderd for takeaway and can say the food is A* lots of flavor all fresh not dry or pepperd in salt. All arrived hot One of the best i have had in a while. Very tasty stuff 👍🏻

My husband and I stopped here for lunch and were delighted with our meal! Delicious food, generous portions, charming waitress. I rarely have reason to travel to Dagenham East but I think I would return again simply to enjoy lunch at this wonderful cafe! Vegetarian moussaka is outstanding! The cafe was busy with inside dining and take away meals. Obviously very popular - and it deserves to be popular!

Excellent food! I really appreciate the service and 1 big surprise for me was that I drunk from glasses made in Bulgaria. Thank you I will visit the restaurant again if I can while I am in London.

AVOID OVER PRICED- I got Alis plater on Saturday night! The portion size was small and there was no hummus with the bread. Also I spent £35 and they only gave 1 chilly and 1 garlic, I was then charged extra for 1 more chilly sauce (£50p). I have had Turkish from many different restaurants and always get extra sauce and big portions. I am new to the area and never ordering from them again I would rather drive to Ilford sultan for bigger portion and lot cheaper.

Save your money and get better food and customer service elsewhere! I'm certainly never ordering from there again.
