Ali's Kebab & Pizza House in Swansea

Accepted order around 12:30am, was waiting till around 2:40am for food which never arrived called/messaged no answer

The cookies were burnt. Such a shame. We’ve just sat down to enjoy them with a cup of tea after getting the kids to bed and they are burnt!

Ordered from here many times and always been the best around. But this time was awful. The kids meal was fine, but the kebab was disgusting. Chicken not cooked enough, the doner meat over cooked and amount of chips was not good

I Ordered 3 Pepsi max and only two came but really good food and came earlier than expected but not 100% sure but I think I ordered chips with mixed meat and it came with bread but overall great food would order again

Just ordered food from here and it’s the worst I have ever seen. Dirty greasy wrap inedible cheese and chips as they smell of dirty chip fat. I will be getting a refund now absolutely disgusting and I won’t be ordering again!

We get two large kebabs and it feeds four of us as they are hugggggeee!! Always hot and very tasty thanks

Order was delayed which meant waiting longer however biggest kebab we've ever had 3 large would easily feed y people plenty of salad to so all in all cant complain was very much enjoyed thank you

First time ordering nice amount of food will order again, lives up to the 5* definitely.

Early but freezing cold. Mix kebab, there was no mix.... It was a lamb doner with 1 tiny piece of chicken. Won't be going back

I ordered via Uber Eats and have no complaints. I was concerned when I saw reviews here after ordering but needn't have been. The food arrived on time and hot, and I enjoyed it. Only thing I would do differently next time is check the salad details as I'm not keen on coleslaw with my donner!

AVOID ORDERING ON JUST EAT FROM HERE FOOD WAS SO LATE AND COLD MISSING CHIPS FROM BURGER DEAL. it not great food either, I couldn't imagine it being much better even it had arrived on time and warm. All places like this are just money grabbers with no care or thought for the people they are suppose to be providing food for. Will never use just eat again. Will never recommend Ali's. Very unhappy!

Appalling, avoid like the plague. Ordered via Uber eats and waited over an hour, called them to be told it will be ten minutes..still never came. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering , had to claw my money back from Uber eats and looks like I had a lucky escape. Don't order from here

Order a takeaways and had never received such bad customer service and food quality the food took 2 hours to come and when I called to chase they asked me for extra delivery money. Then stated screaming at me down the phone saying they will Be 20 minutes. Food arrived cold and wrong items were also received.

Sent my son to pick-up 2 large portions of chips. When he got back, they were the smallest portions I've ever seen, and they were £3.40 each. The amount of frozen chips in each box must have totalled 50p, and charged £6.80 - what an ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF, MONEY GRABBING SCUMBAGS, I'M FURIOUS. I live close by, but this will definitely be the last time I go there. This review deserves zero stars. Would highly recommend anyone wanting a takeaway, DON'T GO HERE.

Took my order and money, then decided, apparently it was to far!!! Why say you can deliver within 5 miles radius then!!! Oh so order cancelled due to being too far!!! Shocking, out of pocket now.... Order few times before, no problem. But had to starve, cause they couldn't be bothered tonight !!!

It was mostly cold, burger bun was soggy, very disappointing. Got chips, fruit shoot and lolly I didn't order, and cant eat/drink being diabetic. Didn't get onion rings I did order. First order & last order!!

Waited so long for our order and unfortunately when it arrived it just really wasn't up to par.. it was a mess and the extras were stone cold, tasteless and our cake was also missing. Definitely wouldn't recommend and also begrudge spending what we did. Shan't be returning again.

Food was good, tasty! The cookies were mostly black this was a let down!But massive let down on the fact they forgot an item, rung and was what seemed like bs, eventually the missing item was delivered just over an hour after our food was delivered. Very disappointing especially as the food (mostly) was actually nice.

Great Kebab but ordered double chicken burger with double cheese for the missis and you sent normal Chicken burger .. 😞

The wrap isn't wrapped its just food dumped in a tortilla so can't actually hold it to eat it. I would have ordered a kebab if I wanted to eat it that way. Furious. What a waste of money

Over 2 hours late. Food was cold, chewy. Waited so long it was way too late even eat and past that hungry stage. Had to throw over half in the bin! If you can’t handle busy period you shouldn’t be open. 3 times food delivery time was changed and refuse to give us money back. Won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by the management. I placed an order for delivery and cancelled 6mins later, was refused refund, and wouldn’t even refund the delivery fee. Intend to take action against them. I spoke to manager who is as very rude and not at all helpful

First time ordering here and I can say it won't be the last food was spot on the value for money was amazing too

So disappointed. Sent wrong meat first, lamb instead of chicken. The replaced combined chicken shish/ chicken donner kebab, I couldn't eat any. Chicken donner tasted days old, and reheated many times. Cheese wasn't real cheese, awful processed and rubbery,no taste and stale. Everything else was as also stale and old with an awful odour. It had to be thrown away. £16.80 lost.

Ordered food via phone, what we ordered and paid for wasn’t what we got. No mixed kebab just small doners instead of large mixed. Salad all wrong and delivery was a joke! Rang three times to see where it was! Never again

Am sorry but that was the worst burger I have ever had McDonald's is better and that saying something.the bun was soggy soon as I picked it up it feel apart no taste nothing the so called onion rings in the burgers they were soggy the garlic mushrooms very greasy thew those in bin I paid for fried onion gues what no onions. I also had a chicken strip wrap for misses for when she comes home from work I hope she likes it.

Burnt garlic mushrooms. And half cloves of garlic on your food. Absolutely rancid.. flirty men in the shop and clearly didnt care about food hygiene.. never again

The burger was tasteless, the bun wasn’t bread, hate to think what the mouthful I had actually was!? The keebab was not any better, might as well have just burnt £20 cos it was binned anyway!

Cancelled order as its nearly 2 hours late, said they refunded me on phone they only refunded 3.00, will be getting it back from PayPal

Food was late, they did phone me an hour in all it was late, food was not the hottest it tasted like it was re warmed as it was a bit burnt. Never had this problem with fm here. But did really appreciate the phone call.

Probably wouldn’t order from here again. Coleslaw tasted chemically/almost gone off, chips were bland, meat was average, chicken strips were nice, chilli sauce was really weird looked like chilli con carne. Overall was disappointed with the meal and wasted more than half.

we both love the kebabs , and the garlic, cheese, mushroom baguette is lush.
