Alibaba's Kebabs in Rochford

Turned up stone cold not what we ordered very disappointed use to be very good kebab very poor not sure now if we will be using again

We had eaten from here several times previous. Last time and I do mean ‘last time’ the Lamb Shish, meat was unmistakably rancid. The dog turned his nose up at it. Avoid like the plague

We awaited our delivery for 55 mins ( Thursday night , ordered 7ish) But the food was really nice , so worth the wait .. Nice large portions , hot and tasty.. Think next time I would pick up food my self as hopefully faster. Thanx

Dropped in for a chicken shish late on a Saturday night - The takeaway used to be impressively clean but now looks decidedly grubby. The person cooking the chicken used the same tongs for the raw meat as for serving the cooked meat - I pointed this out to the person in charged who spoke with the cook and another tongs were used however, there was no distinguishing between the tongs so had the second pair of tongs been used on raw meat also! I was hungry so I took the kebab but considering the level of hygiene I witnessed, and concerned about cross-contamination,I decided to deposit the kebab into the nearest bin.

We normally go to another Takeaway on Rayleigh High Street for our Chicken Shish Kebabs but thought we'd give Alibaba's a try after a recommedation. We were not disappointed! Freshly cooked generous portions of nicely marinaded tasty juicy chicken breast. Very generous portion of fresh salads to choose from with the option of having this served separetly. Option of having chilli and garlic sauces served separetly too. All reseaonably priced. This is also an eat in cafe, though we had a takeaway on this occasion, they also do free delivery within a 3 mile radius. We'll be making this our go to choice for our Chicken Shish in the future!

Lovely friendly staff. Loads of meat in Shish Kebab. Good fresh salad. Good price. Everything cooked to order and they cook in front of you so you can see the fresh meat ,

This is a takeaway of excellent value. Salad is always fresh, chicken cooked well and succulent and staff are really friendly.

I used to have great fresh shish kebabs from here - today was so disappointing - very dry chicken , - could've have been re- heated 😢and bad quality chips .. little salad too. Such a shame , maybe ownership has changed ?

Been coming here ages, and still one of the best about. Very nice food as always. And prompt delivery

this is in my opinion one of the best kebab houses in the area, good food cooked well,friendly service, can eat in if you so wish, but just casually, no thrills.

Alibaba's is my favourite takeaway. The meal deals are excellent value and the staff always friendly and accommodating. Delivery times are really good, even when they're busy. The meat is well prepared and not overcooked.
