My twin brother Stephen and I were wandering around town randomly dropping into pubs and bars when we decided to visit Albert's, a great bar down Seel Street. A very cool looking sports bar,a solid wood serving bar dominates the main room, tv's and big screens to enjoy the sport, great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Seel Street. We were here on a Thursday afternoon, we track and traced and sanitised our hands and we were allocated a table were we ordered a beer each, served in no time at all, we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our beers. My beer was good, a light, hoppy and unpretentious lager style beer bursting with taste and very easy to drink, on a hot afternoon a totally refreshing brew indeed and price wise great value for money . We both really enjoyed our beers in here, only stayed for the one each before moving on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Albert's is easy to locate along Seel Street, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 4pm till 3am. Friday to Sunday, Midday till 3am. A great bar, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

With the rollout of the vaccines and the magnificent efforts of the health service in administrating over 24 million jabs by March it shouldn't be a long wait till once again I can get out and about and visit some of my favourite bars such as Albert's, with Prime Minister Boris laying out the roadmap out of the pandemic with pubs being allowed to reopen on the 12th of April with outside service only and from the 17th of May inside and outside service allowed and by June 21st more or less back to normality we can look forward to a brighter future, this bar is very cool, set over two floors, tv's and big screens to enjoy the sport, an industrial style decorative scheme and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its a cool place to drop anchor and enjoy the sport sipping on some beers, easy to locate along Seel Street, most definitely well worth checking out when the 3rd and final lockdown is lifted.

Just after the 1st coronavirus pandemic lockdown restrictions were lifted and pre tier three coronavirus pandemic restrictions that ultimately led to the 2nd lockdown my twin brother Stephen and I had a day out in Liverpool city centre visiting some of the great pubs and bars are beautiful city has to offer . This is a cool looking sports bar ,big bay windows make for a light and airy interior, great decor and furnishings including a superb looking serving bar and tv's and big screens to enjoy the sport, there's also plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, a very cool bar to unwind in. My twin brother Stephen and I were here on a Saturday afternoon, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the staff, we gave our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then sanitised our hands, we had a study of their beer range and in the end we both went for Hop House 13 lager, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great bar we were in. My lager was really good, a crisp, well balanced lager, a big hit of hops, not your commercial mainstream lagers,a totally refreshing lager bursting with taste, a beer style both myself and my twin brother Stephen are particularly fond of. We really enjoyed our beers in here, had a great time before we moved on and for a first time visit to Albert's we had a great time. Albert's is easy to locate along Seel Street, a street and area teeming with pubs and bars. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 3pm till 3am. Thursday to Sunday, Midday till 3am. A great bar ,well worth checking out if you're in the area. Until the 2nd of December all pubs, bars and restaurants are closed due to the lockdown so I eagerly look forward to visiting this bar again in December.

Stumbled across this lovely, cosy cafe that’s easy to miss on a wander through town. We sat in for coffee and cake and all said how it was one of the nicest places we’ve stopped for a coffee.
