I ordered butter chicken ended up with chicken tikka chicken in korma sauce! Poppadom was stale it didn’t even break I had to rip it! Keema nan was burnt! Will not be ordering again

Was missing some of our order, b. Potatoes was hard,couldn’t eat the chips we ordered extra for our children, mint sauce was like water! Horrible total waste of money

The food was all spilled out in the bag, just eats processed was £46 and they charged me £53 I didn’t get any of the popadoms I ordered and the rice was reheated and stuck together none of it was nice.

I have tried many many Indian restaurants in the Grays/Thurrock area and this one is by far the best..food is delicious.. ordering is simple and the staff all speak English so easy to explain any dietary needs

My food arrived freezing cold, and the chicken wasn't cooked. Could I have a refund please. As my kids had to go without and had to order from somewhere else which was more money

Delivered the completely wrong order. Somebody else’s food. Had to eat it because I was starving, but had to suffer a Korma and Masala when I ordered a nice jalfrezi. Plus, who orders zero bread and just one poppadom??

Food was very late and then when arrived half the order was missing. Took 11 attempts at calling the restaurant to be told they’d send replacements for the missing items that took over an hour to arrive and when they did turn up they were so oily we couldn’t eat any of it. Very disappointed

Dhansak was a bit disappointing to be honest but tasteless and watery everything else was spot on

What can.i say...other than brilliant..food was perfect and delivery driver was spot on and very polite ..you cant ask for more than that...highly recommended this restaurant.

Naan were burnt, lamb curry had half onion - a solid half cut onion, cheese naan not cooked, bombay potatoes were off! Never ever again from this place

First time ordering from here. Really good food. Chicken well done and soft. PLENTY of sauce. Only downside is the bread was a little smaller than most other places and had a burnt/charcoal taste. Even turned up 20 minutes early.

I have been using akash for years now and I never have any issues with the food or delivery. Always recommend to family and friends

I ordered a lamb madras and got chicken ! Rice was nice as was the nann. Just didn’t have a curry to go with it !

Not completely sure about how late but when arrived I was very disappointed A when you order a starter you expect to eat that first not after the food was cold even when called they never listened to what we was saying just kept trying to fix something that was to late to fix

I have not had an indian in such a long time ..and I thought I would try this restaurant. So glad I did.. the food was amazing ..cooked perfectly and the chips were fab not over cooked or hard..and the delivery driver was loverly and polite..highly recommended this restaurant guys ...

It’s so hard to find a nice Indian round this area. I’ve tried so many and none have come close to how amazing this is! Spiced to perfection, cooked beautifully! So happy to have finally found a fantastic Indian with brilliant prices! Set meal was great! And such good value for money

Food was late, driver gave a funny smile, realised why when saw food had leaked out pots looked either dropped and dented or sat on, salvage some, onion bhajis and samasoas very oily, was always normally nice

I've ordered here a couple of times now, and the food is always excellent. They easily have the best chicken tikka I've ever tasted! Fast delivery, and at a decent price.

The food didn't meet the expectations of the reviews The Biryani i had was lacking in flavour and was just egg fried rice with chicken tikka & the vindaloo wasn't even spicy it was just very sweet like a tikka masala. To make it worse my chicken was very rubbery like it hadn't even cooked properly just very disappointed ☹️

Beautifully cooked, very tasty and with fantastic delivery service- what’s not to love Came early so that was a bonus and enjoyed every mouthful

Delivery time was what I would expect and food came nice and hot. The chicken in the jalfrezi, and the sauce, was the perfect level of spicy and tasted delicious. The vegetables were also nice but I prefer them chopped slightly smaller. The mushroom rice was very tasty and was pleasantly surprised to find the meat in the keema naan had a spice rub. The masala poppadom wasn't my cup of tea but that's just preference. Would I order again? Absolutely. Good portions, delicious, and great value for money. Thank you!

I was not happy with food. Food was blend and tikka masala was a bit sweet also lamb was chewy and hard. I was very disappointed.

We ordered a mixed grill that was meant to include a knan bread but it didn’t arrive and the mixed grill was very salty

Ok so I don’t really know how to review because everything I received in my order was not as it was described. Raita was awful like who puts big pieces of cucumber in Raita. Salad was Awful. Chicken Curry i have to throw in the bin. Only Nan was fine in whole order which i ate with Achaar and butter. So never ever gonna order from Akas.
