Aggie's Fusion Café (Rex) in Cardiff

I enjoy the food every time I come, and it feels relatively cheap for the quality. The team are friendly. The cafe is dog friendly and you can tell the owner really loves dogs. They serve doggie ice cream, and bring round a biscuit for your dog. I wish the outside tables were slightly sturdier but that is my only complaint.

Lovely lovely cafe and warm friendly atmos, Aggie and her team are fab, and they love dogs as well. I go there regularly and my dog loves Aggie throwing him his biscuits to catch in the air!

Aggie's is an incredible Café for any occasion. I have met friends and enjoyed the friendly environment, had colleagues meet for lunch and I work in here on a Friday religiously. The staff are attentive and friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable (the blankets in winter are a lovely touch!). The food & drink served are brilliant and the quality is unbeatable for the price in the area!

Delicious food and always fresh ingredients. Great atmosphere and they're dog friendly too. Reasonable prices. This place is always clean and the waiting time for food isn't long. Highly recommend ❤️

Very friendly with Aggie and staff putting themselves out to provide good service, good food plus excellent coffee & tea. Better than just a local cafe diner, beats a lot of restaurants.

The breakfast baguette is better than it has right to be! It is more than the sum of it's parts, with lashings of ketchup. Spot on! Thanks Aggie!

We order a lasagne to take away regularly as it’s SO delicious 😋 We lived in Rome and this tastes very authentic!

I Had the eggs Benedict, it wasn't served on a muffin, and the hollandaise sauce was pretty scarce. Coffee is not strong enough, But I would be happy to return, and try the other options. Friendly welcome, and good service.

Warm welcome today - not called in before, but the atmosphere was lovely, the vegan options were a lovely surprise, and the foodie gifts for Xmas were great. We'll be back 😍.

I visiting Aggie's cafe today and I can't fault the service. My mum likes weak drinks and this wasn't an issue here. They made her a lovely latte that she really enjoyed with a delicious Lemon cake. They have gluten free bread and milk alternatives which is awesome! I don't often see that in small cafés. They also sell a verity of packaged food so I got myself some gf pasta :) I will definitely go here again if I'm in the area.
