Afters in Bromley

Had delivery from this store everything was melted also not as advertised I called the branch and was told to call back 4 days later as the manager was not there and the guy can’t do anything so I thru the food down the sink as and requested a refund from just eat who 3 days later still have not replied SO DONT USE THIS BRANCH AND DONT USE JUST EAT.

Afters is a sweet little ice cream shop on West Wickham High Street. It has booths to sit in. The waffles are really nice and the sorbet is good.

Ok so first time here and didn't check reviews as we like to make up our own minds. First impressions were; the restaurant is very tired and shabby and really could do with a makeover. The staff were helpful and polite and the waffle and fruit fresh. 2 of us had desserts at the cost of £20. However the ice cream I had was tasteless, which was a let down. Sadly wont be going back.

Hello I’ve just visited the West wickham branch, I have to say and your google reviews will back me up, the customer service is Appalling, I find the 3 girls rude and ignorant . Store doesn’t close until 10pm, we were told take away only it was 8.20pm ! Not a hello, a greeting nothing. “welcome to afters , what could we tempt you with” would be a start, and a smile, a smile would be great, this is supposed to be an ice cream parlour experience which it is not ,but what is abundantly clear is that customers are being a bother and how dare they come in the shop and order ice cream when really all the staff want is for you to go away . You have a serious problem in West Wickham branch, I suggest that if you care about your business that you go to the store incognito and see for yourself the appalling experience that customers are receiving .

Each time we have visited we have enjoyed the ice cream and the waffles in particular. We go at night usually, when the high street is completely dead, and the staff are eager to shut up shop and get home, so we don’t get much of a greeting. This time we waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our order, but it was as if we weren’t there! Nobody came, so we left.

Love the milkshakes and the staff are so lovely Much better than the one in South croydon Really quick service Always spotless clean

On a hot day I opted for a brownie sundae which is just short of £9.... My brother made the better decision and ordered a waffle with cream, nuts and sauce for roughly £4. The actual sundae glasses that they use are quite thick and so while it's enough for one, it's quite cheeky because it's misleading in size. The price I paid was far too much for what I received in product. Next time I will opt for the simpler desserts which are better value.

Great experience, a bit pricey but I think for the area is understandable. Will come again and definitely recommended.

Tacky overpriced ice cream parlour. Vast menu of expensive ice cream desserts and warmed up frozen waffles. Kids love it of course. Expect to pay silly money to be served ice cream in a special bowl

After going for a meal elsewhere we popped in to grab a waffle and ice cream. Staff were little disorganised but food and service was good.

Friendly staff and a great place to treat the kids. Very accommodating staff nothing is to much trouble. Looking forward to my next weekly visit.

Very clean with extremely friendly staff. The desserts are to die for and totally worth what you pay for. Great place to take your family for a treat.

Love the ice cream Staff great however it can get a little expensive however the Quality is great just try for yourself
