We arrived ahead of our chosen time but was greeted by a very friendly member of staff who was so very busy throughout our time there. Despite being so busy she was very friendly and enhanced our experience significantly. The cakes and scones were really scrumptious. The sandwiches were very nice as well. Great member of staff (possibly Spanish) - huge asset to the hotel!! Thank you.

Great.... Breathtaking views of Westminster Bridge. Delicious snacks, afternoon tea with small pastries and drinks, coffee and tea. Highly recommended!!!

Pastries were particularly good. Lovely selection and great service. Highly recommend. My daughter, who has a peanut allergy, very well- catered for also.

Great coffee and perfectly made. Quick service and a nice dry and warm spot on the cold winter days if you have a few minutes before or after your train. Not clear on Google maps, but it’s INSIDE the ticket hall. Went a couple of days in a row and had good quick service and consistently good coffee!
