Great for dinner, good food, nice staff and also amazing interior. I really recommend this amazing restaurant to you!!

Vivimos a unos cinco minutos a pie de Afandina, y paso todos los días de camino a casa desde el trabajo. Una tarde, me asomé por la ventana a la cocina en mi camino y los vi haciendo todo fresco, desde el hummus hasta las hamburguesas. Desde entonces, he estado desesperado por ir y no me ha decepcionado. Los calamares fritos a la sartén eran lo más destacado, y obviamente el hummus, pero todo fue genial. Aún mejor, eran muy amables por dentro. Hicimos nuestra comida a pedido, la saqué rápidamente e incluso ofrecimos encender la calefacción central (ya estaba perfectamente caliente). Lugar encantador, gente encantadora

Se aseguraron de que todos estuvieran felices y que tuvieran exactamente lo que necesitaban desde el principio, incluso los veganos sangrientos. Mi hija y yo tuvimos una muy buena comida aquí cuando nos quedamos cerca. Pedimos una variedad de mezze y todos estaban deliciosos. El servicio fue rápido, amable y atento. Me encantaría poder volver algún día.

The came by looking to try new types of food which was a great surprise we were advised to try new things in the menu and different choices to share and different types of meat and omg I could not fault anything there was amazing the best food ever too bad the don’t have wines or cocktails list but u could bring your own wine ...love love love see u soon again Afandina they were extremely kind to us also generous we even meet the owner and we got complementary desert and tea

Outstanding food quality, I would definitely recommend this place. I just waked in there for a quick lunch so I had kofta with rice and a side salad which was really tasty. The meat was slow cooked on charcoal tandoor and the rice was served with a splash of cinnamon on top that added a really good finish to it. Beside that the portions were generous. Also, restaurant decor was eye catching and I felt very welcomed by the owner. He also took me around and showed me the other part of the restaurant that's under refurbishment. I wish it will be ready soon. All in all superb see you soon.

I have been to this unassuming restaurant several times now now. With family and friends I have found this place, which looks like a typical Turkish kebab joint, to be in fact an excellent quality Lebanese restaurant. The owner has done his best to supply excellent food at a good price. Several times I've found that we have over ordered. If only this place was nearer Brixton the owner would probably find himself rather better off, but until he can work out that problem this place will be rather overlooked and a gem for those of us who can find it and use it regularly. Please support this establishment as it must be pretty much the best Middle Eastern food you can find in South London - you definitely owe them at least one visit. The sea bass and so on is excellent and personally I would go there every week if it was a little nearer to my house. Seriously - enjoy.

Perfect spot to grab a bite before going to Brixton Academy. Very friendly staff and it's BYO although we didn't know that!

Went to this place to have lunch with my sister. From the beginning to the end staff were super friendly and inviting. The owner took us for a tour around the place and let us know they will start doing Lebanese nights in the saloon as soon the refurbishments are finished. The food was outstanding, massive portions and the drinks were fenomenal!! Definitely I recommend this place and for sure I will come back!

I was taken to lunch here yesterday by a friend who lives near to this new restaurant. We booked and went in with some apprehension, not having read any reviews or had any recommendations. But she loves Lebanese food and decided to try it. SO glad we did! The staff were very friendly and helpful and advised us in our choices. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. The lamb cutlets grilled and served with rice and salad were excellent, as was the chicken skewers, also served with rice, salad and a garlic sauce. But the star was a platter of mixed mezze (if that is the correct word!) which was both spectacular and delicious. There were 4 cold dishes and 4 hot, served with lots of very fresh and varied salad and a bowl of flatbread. We all drank freshly made apple, mint and ginger juice which was fabulous and refreshing. It would have been nice if the place had been busier, but not having been open I assume that it still not well known. We shall certainly be back. Very much enjoyed. And for those looking for just a quick lunch, the menu had a list of interesting looking freshly made sandwiches!
