I've been here 4 times. First time I wasn't happy because when I went, even though there were quite a few staff on no one acknowledged me for 7 or 8 minutes. Some chippies acknowledge you when you go in. Sometimes if it's not busy they ask you what you want in case they need to fry it. Other chippies may expect you to just speak up. Anyway next couple of visits were fine then tonight they lost me and my friend as a customer because of their ignorance. One guy was serving, one frying and a few others behind the counter but only one other customer who was in front of me. At first I thought the guy behind the counter was just too busy to acknowledge me but after 5 minutes I found it disrespectful that not only he didn't acknowledge me but the fish fryer just walked away. I wanted to make sure as they had just one fish ready and as I was still waiting to be acknowledged never mind served, that I hadn't to wait much longer to also have my fish fried. I asked the server at the counter for a large supper which is two fish. He said okay but did nothing. I waited another 3 or 4 minutes and asked him again. He said just going to do it but he didn't In other chippies the server or fryer would have acknowledged me, asked what I wanted. The fryer would put it in the oil within a few minutes and not have just walked away instead. It was as if they didn't care a jot about me as their customer so I didn't care to wait around and I don't care to go back.

Embarrassing. Food is good but portion sizes are very disappointing. What they call a large portion is atrocious, the chips didn’t even touch the edges of the box.

The advertised pizzas as being the same as they used to be when it was the other owners - is not true. I got one and it was like chewing on rubber. It was so overcooked and the base was dark showing that it had been left in too long. The food is so good here but the delivery’s let you down as the food clearly is left sitting and dried out by time you get it.

Ordered fish suppers, they were overcooked and extremely greasy. Chips were hard and dried up. Clearly nobody on quality control

Food is amazing, best chippy in the area. Food always delicious and really reasonable for a lunchtime takeaway! Service is awesome, can't fault it.

Okay had a moan last week I wouldn’t order food for delivery again as was rubbery and not hot. My son’s birthday and he didn’t want to go out as not well just now and he wanted an Adrianos. Well it was lovely. Good fresh food and we both enjoyed it l. Also really friendly delivery staff

Been such a fan but will never order for a delivery again. Food was warm and soggy. It was clear it had been made up and sat in the bag till delivery driver picked it up. When we collect the food ourselves it’s always perfect. Waste of money tonight :(

Not as good as it used to be, used to be addicted to their gorgeous oozy gooey cheesy pizzas, but it seems the recipe has been changed, just not the same quality. Not terrible, just very average pizzas nowadays The prices however, can’t be sniffed at

Ordered an onion and ham pizza it wasn’t warm there was no ham in the filling. Also ordered black pudding supper it was tasteless and the chips were inedible.

Time ordered and turned up hour early. Also feel like just been scammed, online menu doesn't make clear on gluten free that the fish is not supper, yet shows a picture of one piece of fish and the chips, so 7.40 for one piece of fish is an absolute rip off and last but not least the hair in it, however apart from rest of sham it was nice fish

Waited nearly 2 hours on delivery, only half of it showed. Rest of it was freezing.

The first special fish supper since the shop changed hands. I used to get one occasionally but the last one I had was horrible. They seem to have got it right.

Not as good as it used to be. Didn't think it was open long tho so hopefully it will get back to it's best. Still decent of course as chippys go.

It's literally the worst chippy chips I've ever had. We just picked up a large bag of chips to share, and they were the most dry, chewy, bland chips I've ever had. They were pretty much inedible, but we had made curry sauce to have with them along with fish, so that was the only thing that saved them otherwise I would have had to walk back down to the place to hand them back. Do not recommend paying £4+ for these. Mcmonagles next time.

Lovely delivery guy , wasn't handed part of out delivery , was away five mins and back, plus gesture 2lt cola. Present manner. Saturday 22nd 6pm ish.

8pm ordered Sausage supper and and bag of chips , absolutely disgusting, dried out good , straight into the bin never again.

Use this as it is my local chippy. Sometimes it can be good other times food too greasy. Also can be long delivery times.

Chips were greasy, sausages were not hot and bought a bottle of coke that expired 30/4/21 which is 6 months ago. Very poor quality.

Bad customer service and worst chippy I've ever been to.. prices are above average and the sausages look like cheap hot dogs.. the staff are just so arrogant and look like drug addicts if I'm honest.. they have a lot to say for ppl who serve chips for a living.. but wait, there's more.... I got a sausage supper today and when I got home I realised there was actually bird sh*t on the wrapping paper..!!! Wow, how this place still operates I will never know..!! I recommend BENNIES!! just at the top of kilbowie road.. Adriano's is full of dead pets

ordered a 12 inch pizza with extra pepperoni jalapino ham and mushroom small amount of cheese and pizza cooked well done I have got to say this has got to be one of the best pizzas I have had whoever done the pizza tonight has done an amazing job really recommend this place.

Disappointing. After it had such good reviews we were hopeful... however what we got was soggy, tasteless & greasy fish and chips... possibly the worst I’ve had! Filled a hole but left us totally dissatisfied! Defiantly not worth the £6.80 each. Will not return!

Been going here for years the chips have really improved recently but sometimes when I get a steak pie supper (my usual) it seems like it's been sitting there a while and can be quite hard overall though this is a small greavance and rarely happens would definitely say to give it a go

I would not give it one star my girl got a sausage supper last night and the sausage was that bad it must been lying in the grill for hrs I would took it back only she ate some it I was in the vet never again chips rotten as well over a fiver wasted..
