13.70 delivered parmo. Was given no salad, there was about 10 chips. The parmo itself had hardley no chicken in and was dry and burnt , pretty much just ate cheese and batter .never ever again .wasted my money

Hard chips, shreds of little bits of chicken In chicken kebab, the thinnest of pizza when asked for deep pan! very poor quality!

Well I must say one of the best pizza shops around....ordered pizza...mixed kebab and cheese burgers. Beautiful food and very very tasty, defo order again. Very happy and full family tonight 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What’s that Let me show what a pizza looks like , I ordered for convenience, why not , I built a wood fired pizza oven, the simplest pizza you can make is a Funghi pizza , basically pizza base tomato sauce mushrooms, where is the tomato base , when I order , give me what I order, won’t be ordering again

Once again standards fail, £45 2 Cold pizzas and a cold Kebab, don’t take the order if you can’t deliver! ,Cavellos Spennymoor all the way , shame it’s closed on a Monday , I won’t order again, even though a message sent there was a delay , that shouldn’t effect the order , £45.00 share that by basic wages, and then think money wasted for a treat ,

Ordered a pepperoni parmo.. awful. Black bits in the chicken, barely no sauce or pepperoni. Chips were cold & tasteless lots of black ones. The best bit was the salad and that was soggy & deffo not fresh. £20 wasted

112 Silverdale PlWhen we used Royal last year it was the best, thought we would try the first week of opening and it was such a let down. Chips were just cheap frozen reheated, parmo tasted of fat, they forgot the salad and sauces....husband was ill through the night possibly off the kebab and burger. Definitely won't use again!

Durham RoadThank you italian farmhouse managers and staff. What an outstanding service I have had. I hired italian farmhouse for my daughters birthday and from start to finish the service I received was amazing. I was unsure of what I wanted and kept swapping and changing my mind not once was I made to feel this was an issue,I just in the end decided I wanted something basic and simple like sausage rolls, wedges, sandwiches. I got this with the fun element for kids making their own pizza! They loved it and went down a treat! I have a niece who I didnt inform had a nut allergy ( my bad ) they were prepared to clean all surfaces allow us to check ingredients and make something for her but understandably said whilst they would do their best they couldn't guarantee so we declined and they allowed us to order in a pizza, this obviously is someones business but I feel to do this they want more than just money they want to give and make customers feel valued and welcome I was so impressed. Staff constantly checked everything was ok, constantly asked if anything else was needed they were prompt in bringing out food and keeping the area clean and tidy, nothing at all seemed to be a bother to them. I also had a courtesy call making sure all had went ok as I'd changed my mind that many times. Thank you so much italian farmhouse for an amazing memory for my little girl. We will most definitely be becoming regulars!
