Food never turned up, partly just eats fault but they made no attempt to even deliver my food. Just told me over and over my foods ready and it’ll be here when it gets here … 2 hour wait and still no food. And the man on the phones response was “just sort it with just eat”

We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant while in Blackpool, and frankly, it was probably the worst quality takeaway I have ever received. We ordered a portion of Halloumi, a “Cajun chicken” meal, a “Caesar Salad “ and a portion on skin on fries. The Halloumi was adequately prepared, and tasted nice but at just under £6 for 6 razor-thin slivers of cheese seemed overpriced. The “Cajun chicken” was simply a box full of bland, stodgy rice, with chunks of plain, flavourless chicken on top and at £8.29 really not worth the money. The “Caesar salad” was a box full of chopped iceberg lettuce, coated in a watery cheese ‘sauce’, with the same plain flavourless chicken on top. This was £7.49, which with it being about 80% iceberg lettuce, was probably the most i’ve ever spent on iceberg lettuce. It contained no cheese or croutons as described in the menu. Finally, the “skin-on fries”….well, i’ve never seen fries that have been so overcooked. At first i thought they were sweet potato fries as they were so dark brown and blackened, but in closer inspection, they’d just been in the frier for an extremely long time. They were also completely soaked in grease, and cold - a fair achievement. They were completely inedible. Of the four items we ordered, the halloumi was nice, the fries went straight in the bin, and after sampling the two chicken meals were quickly binned too. The whole order would’ve been massively overpriced, even if we were able to eat it, but at almost £30 for a bag of food mostly inedible, it was far from good value. If you enjoy food, avoid this place, and spend your money elsewhere.

Whenever I’m in the area, I cannot resist having a takeout from Aarzoo’s. Unfortunately, I find the Portuguese barbecue chicken (off the bone) so tempting and tasty that it’s stopping me from exploring the menu a bit more! Anyway, it’s utterly delicious and so fresh. Apart from the excellent quality, portion sizes are good and prices are extremely reasonable so no doubt I’ll be back for some more. Since my last visit, the few tables that were inside have gone so it’s now takeaway only.

An excellent takeaway with consistently delicious food. Since first discovering this gem of a place, I’ve visited quite a few times, either sitting inside at one of the few tables that were available pre-Covid, or having a takeout. On a recent visit to Blackpool to attend the funeral of a friend, there were few places open other than the dreadful usual suspects such as McDonalds (quite frankly, I’d rather go hungry), and this place was my lockdown saviour. The Portugese barbecue chicken (off the bone) with homemade chips was, yet again, superb and so moreish. Great comfort food that hit the spot just perfectly.

Ordered food over the phone, was told it would be 20 mins, we went to collect and after 10 mins in the shop we were told there was no order under my name. He explained he had misplaced the check which is completely understandable as mistakes happen, i tried to explain what we ordered and was sort of cut off as though the person who i spoke to on the phone remembered.. we waited an additional 15 mins, drove 10 minutes home and the food was wrong. We didn’t like some of the food we had been given which was just through personal preference but the food we did like/was right was very nice!

If you are accustomed to halal then you will love this place, it is generally spicy food but they have some plainer options, everything I’ve had I’ve fully enjoyed, the cheese tomato bread mmmm Greek salad, butter chicken and rice and the milkshakes. Good quality everytime would be nice to see some more dessert on menu and some minted lamb koftas or burgers, will pay a visit soon!

Good Takeaway, but not worth the money as portions too small! You would need to order two meals to be filled up.

was having a little stroll looking for some dinner..the usual generic fast foot joints present of course..walked past Aarzoos one time and that was it..the smell hit me..a couple of guys in the window clearly delighted by what they were eating! I had spicy beef burrito..omg massive tasty fresh and healthy..with apple coleslaw..wow..loved it..a fiver and i was full and my mouth was in heaven! I cannot recommend highly enough..sit in too and you will be made most welcome..Thank you coming back asap

Oh my goodness, I’m salivating just at the thought of the food here! I called in on the recommendation of the hotel where I was staying and, joy of joys, it was fantastic. I had the boneless Portuguese chicken with extra sauce and proper home-made chips (quite a rarity these days), as well as a salad garnish, and the whole lot was just divine. Whilst it is basically a takeaway, there are just a few tables and, because I didn’t want to take food back to the hotel, I ate inside. The food was served on a plate (not in a takeaway container) and, with a can of ‘Vimto’, the whole lot came to just £7. Now, that’s what I call value for money. Fabulous - I just wished I lived closer!

sitting in the pub opposite and in need of some food I spotted Aarzoo's, I nipped over and ordered jerk chicken rice and chips,the lady serving asked if I wanted special sauce,after years of being disappointed at rather bland jerk chicken I said "as it comes please?" wow this was seriously good jerk chicken, really felt that for once I had got some proper jerk chicken,if you like it hot this is the place , many thanks

...with Aarzoo's heavenly food! Top-notch takeaway that serves up proper good scran. We sampled Portuguese chicken with chunky chips so unhealthy they just had to be good..! If your vision of takeaway is the grinning colonel's deep-fried gull or cardboard Macdog-burgers, it probably isn't your bag. But, if you like interesting, tasty home-cooked style food it's the go-to destination you really need to check out soon...

The food is nice but very expensive for what it is. 1 portion of sweet potato fries is £2.50 and it isn’t a big portion. I enjoyed the Cajun chicken but now it is off the menu. Similar to 3 monkeys in Preston but that is nicer and cheaper.

My friend brought us two takeaways from Aarzoo's, boneless chicken and steak. Both delicious with, unusually yummy chips and amazing sauces. I am simply blown away. My soul has been fed, thank you:)

Amazing home cooked food. Try any chefs specials, it will blow you away. Been here for only 3 meals so far and every meal was amazing.

Food is excellent.Jerk chicken off the bone with rice and plantain was out of this world for flavour. we liked it so much we ordered it again 2 days later.

I Have to say 5 Starr all the way... Jerk Chicken and Lamb Curry chips and rice for six of us... all 6 give 5starr great food rely busy place but still got time for each customer! compliments to the chef and all involved..... This was the best takeaway food i have had in a long time Can not wait to try your King prawns next time Thank you!

Wow what a place. Might not look like much from outside,, just a standard takeout. But wow the food is something else. With a variety of things from jerk chicken, rice & homemade chips,, curries,, enchiladas,, wraps,, burgers to outstanding sea bass.. tropical chicken with Thai mango salad from the specials menu!
