We called in this coffee shop just by chance. The decor of the shop is lovely. The hot chocolate I had was lovely and my husband’s cappuccino was nice. They had a lot of home made cakes which looked delicious. The staff really made our experience delightful. They were so friendly, polite and talked to us. Staff in a-lot of coffee shops just serve you and don’t really have conversations with you. This won us over I would highly recommend this coffee shop and will definitely be returning when next in Huddersfield

Lovely place, lovely people! We went for a little snack and a drink but ended up chatting to staff and regulars for over an hour!

a Sweet Affair is beautiful, elegant and classy. Searched Google for a beautiful place for me and my fiancée and found a Sweet Affair. Driving from Leeds to Huddersfield and we were not disappointed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I had the chai tea latte hit the spot! My fiancée had the hazelnut syrup latte which was deliciously tasty. The victoria sponge was very light and delightful. We would 💯 recommend to anyone!

Straight off the Train from St Helens and dropped down into this lovely little friendly place. Nothing was too much trouble from the helpful team. Food and service was spot on , Decor and cleanliness was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep up the Great work and best wishes 👍🏽

i had vanilla chai, avo halloumi and pani puri they were all sooo yummy, the ladies working there are so kind, clean and beautiful place inside, good variety of menu with vegan and gluten free options i recommend this place and will definitely be coming again x

Great coffee and Victoria sponge, several other cakes available, lunch menu looks good too. Very friendly welcome from the staff. Ideal location very close to the railway station. Give them a look!

Visited today with my partner and the young adult we support. Lovely friendly welcome, owner found time to chat, clean, nice decor and delicious high quality coffee. Although we are from Bolton and it may be a while till we visit again, l'm sure we will be back- the design your own croissants looked very appealing!

Walked in and was greeted with smiles. Relaxed atmosphere and beautiful decor. Great service, friendly attentive staff, lunch was fresh and delicious, I got a tuna sandwich which I highly recommend with beetroot salad. When enquired chicken was NOT halal. Coffees met my high expectations. Also sell fresh desserts. ALL THE BEST X

What a cute little coffee shop! Great location and atmosphere. Great selection of coffee's and lots of options to cater for anyone. Love the decor. I've been a couple of times and this is certainly now my 'go to' coffee shop. 👌🏽👌🏽

Fantastic Father's day meal yesterday at A Sweet Affair. Food amazing, catered to all dietary needs. From vegans to meat eaters. Would highly recommend you give this place a go. Great location and easy to find just opposite Huddersfield Train Station. Staff couldn't have been more attentive.

A lovely spot with great atmosphere, lovely staff, and good quality food and drinks. Great to stop in for a quick coffee, or grab some food with friends or family. We were made to feel really welcome and will definitely be going back!

I came across this cafe when waiting for a train in Huddersfield as it is opposite the station, at St George's Square. It was very new and had a clean bright atmosphere and attractive decor when I walked in. The staff were really welcoming and I was sorry I'd only stopped for a coffee as the menu and the cakes on show looked really good. The staff were full of enthusiasm and obviously cared a lot about the quality of everything on offer. I hope a Sweet Affair does really well - give it a try if you find yourself in Huddersfield!
