Pizza napoletana DOC. Una delle migliori pizze mia mangiare fuori dall’Italia. In 4 giorni ci siamo andati 2 volte. Ingredienti impasto che insieme fanno un mix perfetto. Cordialità e gentilezza da parte del personale e la ciliegina sulla torta.

Ho scritto una recensione ottima su 500Degrees EDGWARE ROAD qualche mese fa...la pizza era buonissima, il servizio gentile (un ragazzo Albanese). Cosa e' successo??? Avete cambiato il pizzaiolo per risparmiare ed inoltre assunto personale che non parla ne l'Inglese ne l'Italiano?. La pizza e' ora ben sotto la media anche per gli standards di Londra, assolutamente non pizza napoletana a per niente buona, il servizio scadente...Voi avete perso un cliente ma la cosa che mi dispiace di piu e che io ho perso la mia pizza ;-(

I booked this for 3 of my friends and I on open table, it was easy to find from Marble Arch station it was just a bit tucked away. We booked the unlimited prosecco deal which included a generous sized pizza and prosecco all for just £20! Which is the cheapest deal I've seen in London, as these deals normally can't be found for less than 50. I opted for the capricciosa pizza which was quite nice, it's not the best pizza I've ever had but it was tasty. I wouldn't personally recommend the sausage pizza as it's very cheese based rather than tomato. However, the staff were all very friendly and polite and kept the drinks flowing for the entire hour so I will definitely be back. You definitely get your money's worth with this deal.

Ottima pizzeria al centro di Londra. Chi vuole mangiare all italiana non rimarrà deluso. Il servizio molto cordiale ed simpatico. Hanno fatto una seconda pizza ad una delle mie bambine molto rapidamente dopo che la prima non era di suo gradimento. Prezzi buonissimi per Londra

Visited this pizza place twice before and had impeccable service from an Albanian chap who was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Decided to visit tonight (Friday 2nd December) and wont be returning. Walked in to the place which has a long bar and sat at the bar for a good ten minutes without any acknowledgement! There was a chap and young woman milling around the bar area but DID NOT make any eye contact. I approached him after 10 minutes and asked if there was a table for two people as we could see one yet to be cleared. He said give him a few minutes and we could have the table. Another ten minutes passed by and no eye contact and no offer of a drink! He was preparing olives for the girl who just seemed to be loitering in the bar area. They started bickering with each other in full view of us but didn't have the inclination to offer us a drink and a menu. I tried on several occasions to catch her eye and she looked away from me several times. I asked her if we could have some service and she shrugged and didn't answer and then returned behind the bar and said yeah what do you want and I mentioned the table which we were still waiting for it to be cleared and she returned her reply with "I can't work magic". She was downright rude and when we said we were leaving she shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something inaudible but clearly distasteful!! What a shame as we had grown to like this little pizza place and the food was good. Even the pizza chefs kept on looking over to the bar area as though to say we should have been acknowledged. After 20 minutes of waiting, being ignored and being rude to, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere! The last time we visited I mentioned to the attentive waiter that we intended to celebrate a friends birthday mid December and that there would be a table of 10. He had suggested that he would buy in extra ingredients for cocktails as my friend enjoys the high life! The times we have visited we have tipped well as we had been impressed by this particular waiter and his friendliness. However, we will NOT be returning and absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated. This is a new business, only open for a couple of months and judging by the attitude of this young woman,. they will not be in business for long as her attitude was disgraceful. You have lost our business and others too we saw leaving disgruntled. Such a shame but we would rather spend our money elsewhere! This is NOT the way to run a successful business!!!!!

I was quite excited to find a truly genuine pizzeria in Edgware Road area. The experience was closer to normality apart from the enthusiasm of an extremely kind waitress that seemed to have started working there for a few days. The special Bookatable menu offered quite a large range of starters and mains. The bruschetta was honestly prepared: nice ciabatta bread, despite lacking seasoning & herbs but still good. Pizza was ok too, good pizza dough and tomato sauce, I wouldn't say it was the best in London though. Unfortunately that day they didn't have the pastiera (mentioned on the online menu) which was one of the reasons I had booked at 500 Degrees. Average tiramisu with liquor, not proper Italian recipe (it should be alcohol-free) but quite popular in the UK. The concept of the restaurant sound more UK-based rather than a genuine family-run business. Nice decor but it looked a bit hollow. No chance to add a gratuity paying by card so round up your bill if you want to leave a tip. Prices are reasonable for the zone and pizza was definitely above average (that makes a huge difference from the awful Franco Manca's ones!). It just sounds like a missed opportunity...
