Best lounge in Manchester. Nice shisha and the staff was lovely. Great price for dessert and mocktails and they even gave us a discount on top.

Go earlier in the day and it's not too busy. The staff are polite, things get served quickly and is overall a hassle-free experience.

It’s a big place nice atmosphere but sadly they can get very busy especially at weekends and then the service dips as a result. Shisha quality is ok nothing special. Prices are average for that part of Manchester

I spent a long time in the middle east smoking shisha, 360 is the best place I have found for great service and quality shisha..

Worst Shisha ever. Tastes like chemicals.When we mentioned that to the waiter he said it's okay. Not worth 20 pound. Tobacco was undeniably fake. Thanks for ruining my date 😡 The raspberry mohito was good.

I smoke shisha for 15 years, I got enough experience with flavours I'm sure this tobacco is fake mixing not original Al Fakher, maybe a Chinese or german one, very bad test my chest starts paining and coughing after 15 mins not recommended.

Had a lovely experience, was greeted by a lass from Oman, Lougeeen I think she was called. Gave me VIP booth on arrival and was very attentive. Great atmosphere and shisha was lovely. Drinks were on point too

المكان جميل والاسعار طيبة لكن هناك قصور دايما في الخدمة وبطيئة جدا حتى يرجع لك العامل تحتاج وقت طويل وممل للأسف . المصيبة العمال تجدهم احيانا جالسين وكأنهم زباين والمحل غير مزدحم حتى تجد عذر لهم

Shisha is good but not the staff.. we order something else and they brings something else And 2nd i ask the staff to change the songs and he won't listen.

The place is busy and staff is efficient. Inside is very loud but outside is decent. The atmosphere is buzzing. Have been to the place few times, the staff is friendly and very quick in sorting shisha but some of them late night don’t understand English v well.

The lad at the till is very rude and blunt with customers, looks as if he’s woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I have been twice and been served by him. Both times he was rude. The actual lounge looks the part. The shisha is mediocre at best.

Very expensive in my opinion.I had a frozen apple and raspberry shisha, a hot chocolate and an iron bru and they charged me 24 quid. I dont think pashas charge that much. Nice surroundings but expensive in my opinion.

Had shisha and few drinks The atmosphere was good in general the staff are friendly but I think they can improve the method of payment Eg .. they insist to take the money before we set down and I don’t think this is something nice Many shisha places in the same area so I will not go again to this place Thanks

We was driving all the ways from Leeds to 360 we was 3 guys we want to seat next to the window We ben told form one of the staff we can't seat there because it's 4 seat, I understand it's 4 seat but half of the place was empty, Then we found other one Psha we had fantastic service there thanks Psha.

Amazing vibes at night although it is a little costly it's definitely worth it. Teas aren't very good tho

Today I went to the360 restaurant, the food was clean and very delicious the shisha is good, the workers are friendly, and a suitable place to spend a good time with friends. I invite you from every were of Britain to this place come to 360 Manchester

Too loud feels like am at a disco club in the 90s also the place is tacky.

Good shisha although service was slow. Had to practically beg them to bring the bottle of water I had paid for. And had to ask to have coals changed everytime. Staff were friendly though & shisha was good. Didn't have food so can't comment on that.

Book cover is nice but inside is empty!!! Visited Manchester ,such a nice place, nice look but service level 2 out of 10, even they dont know what they have in Menu, service level is really bad, hope they will make it better same as place.such a shame

The best shisha in Manchester! I would give them 5 stars if they employed more female staff to make female customers more conformable to visit. Although thier current staff is friendly and the service is fast. Also the Arabic coffee is the best coffee I have tried in Manchester.

Food is reasonably priced. I ordered a chicken wrap with fries costing approx £7. How on Earth is it justifiable to then charge £6 for an orange juice which wasn't fresh (zero pulp and tasted like it had been mixed with concentrate)? "Fresh" orange juice typically costs £4.50 - £5 even at the finest dining establishments.

Nice vibe but shisha isn’t the best

Sat there for 50 min waiting for a portion of falafel and a chicken burger. No member of staff wears mask there. Not polite and hardly understand English

The prices on menu different from the prices they charge so be careful I felt like I'm in Istanbul when I went to 360. So don't be robbed off guys You show price on the menu different from what you charge people!

I tried this place twice, one when it was not busy and one when it was super busy. My biggest problem is with workers not being honest. Other problems include saying they only take cash once and taking cards another time, taking around an hour to get the order ready, and the order itself being not worth its price.

Customer service is really bad. Shisha didnt smoke well. Upon complaint he told me that I don't know about shisha even though I have been smoking shisha for more than 10 years. Avoid this place.

Visited the other day for a birthday and the service was exceptional, and the workers were so friendly and sweet. They made it extra special, highly recommend for good vibes and a good time. Ps, the shisha flavours were amazing

Shisha was the best one I’ve tried in Manchester.

Staff rude. Charged us double the price we saw on the menu-catalogue because it was an "old version" that did not have the new prices. Never going back there again.

Service is slow and incompetent and rude, whereas some of the staff cannot even speak English. Zero customer service, I spent £20 on one visit, but I will take my money somewhere respectful.
