3 Sixty Restaurant & Bar in Newcastle upon Tyne

Very disappointment with our recent visit to 3Sixty for my daughter's 18th birthday celebration. While we would have raised our concerns on the night, she felt uncomfortable doing so, and we respected her wishes. From the outset, the experience fell short of expectations. We were handed menus without any indication of unavailable dishes, only to be informed after placing our order that there was no beef fillet. We then attempted to reorder, only to find that fillet steak was also unavailable. When we eventually found suitable alternatives, the ribeye steak was served and consumed before the accompanying chips arrived—only brought to our table after we queried their absence with the waiting staff. We were particularly looking forward to the seafood platter, but it was far from what was described. There was no dressed crab, only crab claws, which were impossible to extract from the shell. The lobster also proved difficult to remove, suggesting it had not been properly thawed. Furthermore, the blue shell mussels were missing entirely. At £95, this dish did not meet the standard one would expect. The toilets, I was surprised to find them in a poor state, with toilet paper scattered everywhere and no apparent checks having been made to maintain cleanliness. Overall, this was not the dining experience we had anticipated from an establishment of this calibre. The only positives from the evening were the beautiful views and the live DJ. After emailing my disappointment and concerns I was advised they had been reviewed with the staff and as a gesture of goodwill we could return with a 25% discount on a future visit. However I felt reimbursement of the seafood platter at a minimum would be more fitting, the establishment did not feel this was appropriate.

I would agree that the service was slow, however we weren't in a rush do didn't mind this. The first problem was my partner day on his seat and mealry feel as the bottom of one of the legs had a part missing. Then came our starters. When the waiter brought out food over and went to hand us the incorrect item. I pointed out that I didn't order pate but had ordered the fishcakes and he seemed annoyed and just repeated what he had. He left and then someone else returned with the correct item. The starters were good and we both enjoyed them. Then our mains came. I had upgraded and ordered the fillet steak, when this came it looked good but when I ate some of the steak I realised it was cold and dry. I would normally just eat it however I couldn't eat it cold AND dry so I told my waitress. She took my plate with nothing said and returned a few moments later with my plate that had the chips and peppercorn sauce on it so they didnt get cold. Just what I wanted....to eat my chips without the steak. She then returned with another plate with my original steak that had been but in a pan to heat it up so it was no longer medium. Atleast it wasn't dry now so I ate it as I couldn't be bothered to be that person. Then we ordered 2 long island iced teas. I took a sip and it tasted like water mixed with coke. I asked my partner if his was the same and he said yes so I took another sip after stirring it and it was exactly the same so I left it. We paid the bill and left. I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.

Me and my wife turned up for an evening meal, wife sat on a seat which was wet, this was due to a flower arranging class earlier on in the day. Not great first impressions. Took 20 mins until we got a waitress to serve us… ordered drinks and starters. Food turned up 20 mins later but still waiting for drinks, he said he would find out where they had went but never returned, another waitress came over and we told her instead. Half our drinks order then arrived but then had to ask again for the other. No table checks, the service is appalling! The only saving grace was the food. I won’t return. Sh1te!

Was such a let down, we arrived at 12noon and the service was so slow, didn't get our food until one, no one came over to check if everything was ok or if we wanted another drink. Food was tasty though. Another let down was that a family came with young kids and they kids were running around the restaurant screaming, parents did nothing, now I know it's not up to the staff to parent, but they could have asked the parents to ask the kids to stop running around. Also another let down was the place itself was very dirty and the table were were started at had food on it and drink marks. Such a let down for what could be a great place.

Purchased the afternoon tea for four as a little gift experience for myself and my daughters. Straight forward to book it in. Upon arrival our table wasn’t ready but were seated whilst a member of staff set up our plates and cutlery which were grubby and marked. The woman took our drinks order which we waited for around 25 -30 mins to come !! One very small pot of milk between 4 of us so I politely asked the woman if we could have a top up. To which she paused looked straight at me rolled her eyes gave me an awful look as if I’d asked her to perform backflips and came totting over to get the pot. I said to her “is that okay , it’s not too much trouble” Maybe she was rushed off her feet or dealing with something personal whatever is was it really shouldn’t be shown so obvious to customers. Very uncomfortable and very rude. We were then asked to move tables with all our drinks pots cups etc. My daughter was sat right next to a lamp which the bulb was shattered. Sharp broken glass and left plugged in. Took so long to get any member of staffs attention. Very poor service throughout. Food basic. Not worth the money or the visit.

We went during restaurant week. Service was poor, food took up to an hour to arrive after each course. Similar story for drinks to arrive. our friend who didn’t have a starter didn’t eat until 2 hours since being sat down. Food was okay once arrived, however one desert was inedible.

Amazing lunch and service. Took my nephew after Newcastle stadium tour he was buzzing to overlook the stadium fantastic views we then had a mocktail which was delicious followed by food which was so good. Staff were so friendly. Such a lovely afternoon would highly recommend
