Foods rotten . Very over priced not nice atall . Got over charged also wasn't even given the bill of anything. Food tasted funny also

Called before going to the cinema with the kids for dinner and the food was fantastic. We would definitely recommend for a family dinner out as kids meals came with ice-cream and plenty of colouring in for the kids to do before dinner served.

£6.95 for a dessert I was expecting a good size portion, what I got was a spoonful of apple crumble swimming in custard, absolute rip of, the turkey and ham dinner wasn't worth the £15.50 either

Our regular 'go to' when in the Kennedy Centre. Good wholesome food & friendly welcoming staff. The amount of TVs are a bit distracting though.

First time ordering out of here , and have to say myself and my partner didn't leave anything on the plate , it was still warm when it arrived will definitely be ordering out of here again.

lasagna was not fresh have order out of here a few times it will be the last time the fresh cheese on the top was ok and coleslaw but apart from that very disappointing

Always come here with my nan any time I see her. Came here today, 10th Feb 2024, said can you wait for 20 mins, we waited and then after 20 mins with 2 very elderly people waiting, after 20 mins said no we can't have you. So 1 why would you make people wait and then decide theres no room, surely you know straight away. 2nd, have been there multiple times, my nan would go there weekly, don't make us wait then tell us we cant accomadate you. Disgusting service. I wont go back there again. Absolutely disgusted by the service.

ordered 2 main meals and time was changed after the estimated delivery time I was given to another half hour wait!! also when it was out for delivery I watched on the map the driver sat round the corner from my house for 15 mins then proceeded to drive away mayb to deliver somewhere else by the time the driver got to me the food was freezing!!! will not be ordering again!

Orderedvthe roast beef dinners, 2 adults one child. They were just as great, as when you get them in the restaurant. I had worried they wouldn't be warm with delivery, but came well presented in packaging and nice and warm.

Burger was lovely and good size altho chip portion couldve been bigger. Im a thin girl n it prob wouldnt fill a big man lol

Buffalo Chicken wrap was Amazing, but the Nachos, wouldn't even called them Nachos. Couldn't describe the sauce, and the cheese was just not nice. They really need to add more of their meals to the site, not enough options.

Decided to pop in before going to Sainsbury's. We took advantage of the deal whereas you get a starter and a main for £12.95. I had the broccoli and bacon soup which was tasty but it could have had some crispy bacon bits on top. For my main I got the chicken stack. The champ was so nice. The tobacco onions were too well done unfortunately. Overall we enjoyed our food and I would definitely think of calling in here again. The staff were so we're so nice and friendly!

Really disappointed as iv been to 26 West many times and the food was never like this. My chips were that cold they were soggy but hard and my lasagne was freezing too I couldn't even eat it. My daughter also didn't want her chicken nuggets and I was wondering why and they were the same. If someone could get in contact with me please as to how I get a refund because it was a complete waste of money.

Coeliacs be aware. We went for breakfast today and was assured there would be absolutely no cross contamination on a fry I ordered. Unfortunately when I returned home I was very sick, I phoned them no manager, no chef, no apology. Will not be back

First visit the chef refused to heat chicken for the ceaser salad, which arrived with tomatoes on it, anyone who knows what they are talking about knows a ceaser salad does not contain tomatoes. When we asked for black pepper it was done for us..by staff holding some giant grinder at you and waiting until you say when. The second visit..food ordered only to be told fifteen minutes later that starters ordered was not available then once reorder was taken our mains arrived with our starters! Was not good quality tbh, you could tell the kitchen cudnt be annoyed taking the time to finish plates. Chips were not fully cooked through.. the filling of panini was very poor and when we asked for mayo for the table..they brought us garlic mayo when were almost finished! Really disappointed. Seems like a place good for there burgers and a pint before cinema. Would not recommend to a friend at the moment.

The food was cold meal had way to much salt on it & the Yorkshire pudding was rock hard & unbeatable! I wouldn't recommend. I've had food in the restaurant & it's nice that's why I ordered home but very disappointed & discusted at the quality of the meal. The chef needs to understand when putting salt on how much to use & not to over do it & destroy the meal!!

This was possibly the worst food I have ever TRIED to eat wasn’t even eatable worst restaurant food I have ever tasted soggy chicken over salted mash and the hardest ribs I’ve ever tasted the dog wouldn’t even eat it. 30pound for it to go in the bin because that’s the only place that food should go thanks

The fry was good & big portion not greasy like most places we arrived to another customer complaining about the coffee i ordered a latte with hazelnut syrup and it was amazing we tried 3 different desserts a big sticky toffee pudding fan myself but here i wouldnt say it was sticky toffee pudding it was a dallop of toffee on side of sponge cake wasnt great the waffle we ordered just tasted like the average one that gets prepacked the chocolate brownie dessert was amazing though and honeycomb ice-cream with it was gorgeous would defo reccomend service was 100% girl who served us was the same one who got an earful from customer before us and she was amazing with us price was very reasonable would come again

The fish had no taste soggy batter really dry inside inedible chips where undercooked very dissapointed as their frys, roast dinners and lasagne is usually so good

There's no vegan options, only sides. No vegan burgers or anything like that. It's a side order for vegans. Or a side order in a bap lol But kudos for effort. Just would be easier to pop down to sainsbury and buy some frozen beyond burgers or other vegan burgers?

Been going here for years but really disappointed in our recent visit. Knowledge of allergens was so low and my food still arrived with items I'm allergic to on it. Got sick that night so I know they just took them off and put the food on another plate instead of giving fresh. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks then a further 15 mins before our food order was taken so we weren't eating until we had been in the place over an hour and it wasn't even busy. The seats upholstery was so badly ripped it was uncomfortable to sit on. Our cutlery was put on the table with hands touching the tops not the handles. The food wasn't nice at all and clearly made from reheated pre-made bought in packets. Would like to see the restaurant stay in the community, please get better.

I ordered fish and chips for £13 and got it which looks like a frozen fish from Iceland, really small Portion size and a small handful off cold chips, would never order from here again!!

Firstly had to wait ages on our drinks. It wasn't busy at all but all the other tables around us were left with dirty plates and glasses when other diners left and remained throughout our stay. No BBQ sauce so no chicken wings or ribs so we ordered a mushroom starter. Disgusting! Slimy mushrooms on bread that was covered in some sort of sauce that should have been garlic but was drowned in balsamic vinegar. My husband ate it because he was paying but even the thought of those vinegary slimy mushrooms makes me feel a bit queasy. I had fish which could have been a bit crisper but had obviously been sitting a while. The chips were good. My husband had the tex mex burger and fries and said they were good. All in all it wasn't the best and the service was slow with the waitress busy sitting down talking to her friends and leaving the tables filthy. Won't be hurrying back.

Had been in today with my dad, place was rather quiet. We had ordered and at first got the wrong food was sent back for the error to be corrected, which shouldnt have really happe d given ut was very quiet, meanwhile our sides came out which were still froze in the middle. When my dad challenged the guy about this to which his reply was "wasn't me cooked it so don't know why you've a problem with me". Well seen as your the waiter and we physically cannot speak to the chefs direct it's front of house duty to deal with complaints. His approach to the complaint Was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Won't be back.

When ordering it says 25 minutes which is why I ordered from here. Then changed delivery time to an extra Half an hour later

First of all I give any stars at all because the waiting staff were very friendly. However, this place isn't doing itself any favours by selling tiny bottles of coke used for mixers and refusing to sell their cans instead. Those little mixer bottles they sell don't even fill a full small glass and they cost £2.40 each! They have drinks dispensers there but claim they are turned off because of covid. All I ordered today was french toast and bacon which costs almost £7.00 and you only get two slices and 1 bacon! I ordered an extra two bacon hoping to fill my son up. He was hungry and he didn't even eat half of it. Anywhere else we go he finishes every bit. The bill was a whopping £13.95. The most expensive place to sell these items was only £9.00 altogether and you get more on the plate and better cooked, not to mention getting an actual full drink of coke when you order it. Unless you love crap food and insanely high prices then avoid this place like the plague. When you try to leave a review on their facebook page they no longer allow people to select stars and when asked "do you recommend?" even if you select DONT RECOMMEND, it automatically asks you "what do you recommend about this place" when finished the review it says that I recommend this place. They are deceitful as well as greedy and dishonest. That may explain why there's hardly anybody there. I'm guessing that on the fuller nights it's probably friends and family to try and make the place look popular lol.

Tge meal description is that you get chips and choice of dip no option came up for choice. This is second time i received no dips even though i left a note on the order. There is also now an added servixe charge ? But we did t get all the meal so to me the service wasnt good so why pay extra charges for it. The chips have changed aswell they tasted like reheated next day chips from the chinese this use to be my favourite place to order i was very disappointed.

Thai curry reminded me of a school dinner that got threw over me.

Accidentally left my expensive phone at the counter when I was paying the bill and someone stole it. After 20 minutes I realised I hadn't got my phone and rang it only for it to be turned off. I immediately went back to 26 West restaurant and spoke to the manager, told him I had left it on the counter and could he check cctv. He told me only the owner has access to that and he would contact me ASAP. Anyway I reported my phone as stolen to the police and they contacted 26 West restaurant to gain access to the cctv. The police were told that the cctv footage in the restaurant is automatically deleted after 24hrs. The police man who I dealt with told me that is quite ridiculous as most places of business have a 31 day deletion policy. So that's a £1100 phone lost and no thanks to any help from the 26 West restaurant. Shame cause I ate there quite often, but never again.
