Beautifully cooked Sunday Roast for two in friendly and chilled Surroundings. Will definitely be back to enjoy again.

I ordered off uber oxtails and curry goat with rice and beans and white rice. Got 2x rice and beans ….big chunks of weird meat swimming in a pool of watery sauce curry burnt liquid. Rice was unpalatable. I was starving so eat the oxtail and was sick for an hour after. I don’t know what that all was but it was not made by a Caribbean culture. Do not order from this place!

Our first order included rice that was clearly packet microwave rice—very disappointing for the price. On the second occasion, the rice was slightly better but still cheap, low-quality long-grain rice, which doesn’t suit this type of cuisine. While the mutton and curried chicken were nice, the overall experience was let down by the poor quality of the rice.

My first visit to this cafe is definitely a huge disappointment. I ordered a full English breakfast . By the time it came , tomatoes , black pudding were all missing . I asked to replace bacon with mushrooms then realised that mushroom could be added on as an optional . Plus the sausage were so tiny ..... I don't think I would be coming back anytime soon . Weatherspoons any day

Have only ordered via delivery app , but food has been been great each time. Jerk sausages are amazing and really reasonable prices, thank you for the great breakfasts time after time !

This cafe is so cute, tucked away and nice vibe. Bit disappointed by the mutton curry... I had it a couple of years ago and I loved it but during my recent visit it tasted very different. Very cheap and good food/value for money. Looking forward to trying the other items on their menu now they are open longer on weekends!

First time having breakfast there this morning, service was great, you young girl who served us was very polite and lovely, we had a light breakfast witch was great.. unbelievable prices we’d usually pay for 1 breakfast what we paid for our whole order.we will definitely be returning. Amazing Caribbean Breakfast served was delicious. I couldn't fault Anything at all. You get a big portion for a small price and a bonus it includes a hot drink. I was exceptionally full once the plate was empty; that's what you call a 10 out of 10. The music was an absolute pleasure to hear whilst indulging to a lovely breakfast. Thank you for the great service.

Visited Friday afternoon for lunch. It was a little warm for us inside so we decided to sit outside. The outside area is beautiful. Service and food was excellent. The young lady that served us was lovely and her service beautiful. The food was delicious at competitive prices. Thank you.

I think I've stumbled on a little gem of a cafe. Prices are very reasonable and the food is brilliant. The staff in the cafe are very polite, and I enjoy listening to the ska music whilst I'm dining. Decor is good too. It closes too early though... wish it was open till 5 pm.

I have been using 2tone cafe for years now as it is local to me,the owners and staff are very happy and welcoming. My grandson who is autistic is very fussy about where he eats but he loves the 2tone cafe and insists we go there every Sunday for our dinner and gets on really well with everyone.if you are going to this lovely cafe it is well worth calling into the music museum the 2tone shop and the memorabilia music shop all will welcome you with a very warm and friendly manner well worth a visit 😃😃 10/10 *

Thr place to be if you love two tone/ska..food is great generous portions, very tasty expertly prepared and cooked by angie,at a reasonable price. a two tone vibe all around the cafe,the cafes policy is quality not speed( dont expect fast food)

Came here while waiting for my mot to be done. Friendly staff, cool ‘Specials’ themed ska cafe and enjoyed my cheesy jacket potato. Slightly hidden away but glad I visited!

One of Coventry’s hidden gems, located at the 2-Tone Village, on the Wallsgrave Road CV2. Renowned for its English breakfast with a spicy twist or its delicious curried chicken. I totally love the decor in the cafe, everything’s decked out in iconic 2-tone imagery, including the ‘Rude Boy’ and ‘Rude Girl’ toilets. There’s a seating area outside which is lovely in the warmer months. It’s also got a licensed bar, so is a much more appealing alternative to going to the pub for lunch! They have a lovely size function room with its own bar and often hold live music events. It was the perfect place for hosting my 50th bday celebrations. They offer an appetizing range of hot and cold buffet options. Angela’s home made quiche was absolutely delicious and almost stole the show from the curried chicken and curried vegetable dishes! They’ve got a great sound system which is very easy to plug your phone in so you can put on your favourite playlist (no need to hire a DJ!). Thank you Angela, Alph and team for making my guests feel welcomed, relaxed and in the party mood. A great time was had by all.

Popped in to see the museum but it was closed but had a meal in the cafe which was value for money and really nice indeed , very pleasant staff and fantastic ambiance. Will visit again.

We booked the restaurant to celebrate my partner's Birthday and the service was 5* . Angela and Alph are such nice people ! Food was absolutely delicious ,cooked and served to perfection 👌 Lovely ,chilled atmosphere . Will definitely go back 🤤😁

Had a lovely lunch here! Delicious food (especially the ackee), great value for money, great service from helpful and friendly staff, covered outdoor seating, quirky interior and an overall great atmosphere! Would love to go again! Special mention: the staff were so helpful to provide vegan Caribbean food options! (Ackee is a great vegan alternative to scrambled egg!)

Friendly management and staff with a good menu of café food including Carribbean breakfast and meals as well as English breakfast and meals. And it's not expensive. And there is covered seating outside. And it's in the 2 Tone Village.

Service good, coffee not great.. We sat outside in the covered area, tables dirty, cobwebs, it needs a clean . Considering we had months of nothing.. Its a surprise.. Poor management
