We had a lovely time, service was great! Steve In particularly was very helpful and friendly.

Coventry branch: Greeted with a warm and big smile welcomed by Leya and then seen to promptly not long after ordering Eawan who explain anything we may need and where specific facilities where and the biggest thing despite not busy when we first came in still professionally smiled and found things to do. Check backs on point all round good experience. Would recommend and will be returning.

Went and had a lovely pizza today, served by Sam, Amelya, Eaven, Kian and Steve, the food was so tasty and the serves was great, thank you me and my partner loved it :-)

Visited today, what lovely service. We were looked after so well by a member of staff called Dawn. She checked on us to make sure the food was good, it was excellent. Dawn was an absolute diamond, we will definitely be returning.

Went for the buffet they didn't have a spicy pizza they ended up putting one in for us plus my sister wanted chicken and mushroom Steve was kind enough to make a pizza especially for her

DAN WHO WORKS AT THIS PIZZA HUT WAS AMAZING, we haven’t been out in so long and such a lot has changed with it now being self service, we was confused with what meal offer we could have and he came straight to our aid and sorted it for us as well as giving us a discount. He is a credit to have working in the industry. We sure will return again . Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Very good experience. Staff is very professional and hard working. They helped to us order food and engaged in conversation well. As a manager myself I would very much appreciated both Kieran and Paige working for me as they do a fantastic job.

Great pizza, great choice in salad bar, helpful service from Alicia, nothing too much trouble even though it was busy . She helped us activate our gift card, brought us sauces and cleared the table promptly. Food came out fast and fresh.

Another great experience at Pizza Hut, greeted by the ever friendly and helpful Dan who was professional friendly and more than happy to help throughout the whole dining experience. Today was also made even more enjoyable due to regular check-ins and table clearances from Dawn. Dawn was friendly chatted with the kids and added to the overall dining experience. 5 stars because of the incredible staff and delicious food.

Everything is good in here service and food wise , we just felt that it was a little expensive. Even so, we will come back in the future!

App users beware. Ordered Pizza on App & on getting home discovererd it was VERY undercooked & stone cold. Took back & though Manager Steve agreed food not right, he was none too bothererd & told me only refund option was to mail Cust Services ( NO phone number ). This took all week & they make you jump through hoops. Will NEVER use this branch or App again. NEVER. If I could've gave minus stars, I would have.

Sam was great when I kept forgetting everything (table number, drinks, onion rings) and kept me on track using the self service machine.

I have gone to this Pizza Hut many times and the service and food is always impeccable. Alicia is very attentive and makes sure that guests always have a nice experience. I will continue to come to this location in the future

Really positive experience Was really busy, but buffet always topped up All staff were on the ball and very helpful, especially Kian and Sam who went out their way to help us and ensure we had a great visit and the kids were catered for, even keeping our place clean considering we had 2 little ones making a bit of a mess! Thanks Sam and Kian!
