Had the lunch buffet great value and lots of variety … will do this again and thanks to Alicia for looking after us

Dawn was an absolute pleasure, no other member of staff spoke to us. Dawn was fun helpful and really kind.

Went to Pizza Hut today at ansty, was greeted by Tam, very welcoming and showed us to the booth that we requested for our autistic son. We was then served our cups by Dawn who was so friendly and helpful! Helped us keep our little boy happy and got us everything we needed Thankyou so much for making our meal easy and pleasant for us We will defiantly be coming back

Unfortunately the service was not good to begin with, staff slightly rude however Hadley took over our service once our mains came out and he was great! He was really helpful, friendly with the children and checked we were all happy. Without him I would have given 2 stars.

The staff were very accommodating when a large party of us needing to eat following a long day of travelling and an event nearby. Was able to work with the team to email in a pre-order and everything went according to plan. Thanks, guys.

We love a Pizza Hut buffet and was particularly impressed with the selection of thin crust pizzas. We were a bit clumsy and knocked a full glass of Pepsi over and Alicia and dawn were very prompt with the blue roll and clearing it up! Thank-you guys!

A bloke was very rude to me and my family with a bad attitude. We won't come back to this place again. The waiter was lovely & polite to us.

Received this pizza, bit disappointed as a good quarter of the pizza had no base or toppings. Just drowned in honey. Was quite disgusting to eat. Only didn’t complain as I didn’t want to bother the lovely staff who were very busy. Never sent anything back but I came close this time. I don’t expect 5 star dining but I do expect a pizza with all its toppings. Paying £22 so I expect somewhat okay pizza.

I had amazing service when I visited, the staff was very nice. Alicia greeted me at the door and was very friendly. Leya served my table and the food was great. Sam and Kian looked after me while I was eating. I would be happy eating here again!

Amazing food and atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hadley was very helpful, and kept checking with us to see if everything was OK with our food. He was quick to help us when we needed. Overall an excellent service.

One word " expensive " and it still is . Bud over £5 a bottle cider even more expensive

Wanted to try the buffet style restaurant. Food was served hot and tasted delicious 😋. Drink was cold and served with an ice machine. Dessert 🎂 was lovely and fantastic for kids. But as an adult. Wow. Area clean and tidy. Paige and Steve were constantly cleaning and ensuring the high standards were kept with changing the food and ensuring food was available. Will return. A must visit. Keep up the consistency.

Alicia provided 100% customer service during my visit. A lovely warm, calm lady, who checked in on me during my visit and kept me up to date with my order. Also, through observation Alicia attended to others requests promptly and with clear direction! The only pizza hut that I ever use - All the staff team are fantastic! DK.

I been pizza hut first time. Half of the staff behaved very poor and rude. I ordered take away with takeway salad is free. when i asked he said there is terms and conditions but then he gave me the box to take salad. I checked terms and conditions which was you need to order main course. which i did. I want to visit this place again if they change their behaviour more welcoming and kind.

First time I've been to a pizza hut since lockdown. Having to order on the app was tedious, and the prices seemed to be expensive. We battled through anyway, and it turned out if you choose the right deals, it's actually decent value for money. Staff were okay, can't complain about anything, to be honest.

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Soon as we walked through the door nice warm welcome and shown to our seats straight away. We had the buffet and the food was coming out at a good pace so everytime we went up for food it was nice and hot and as an added bonus we were unaware of a deal that under 2's eat for free which we were told about by the staff.

Average. The fact that you had to input your own order was a little off-putting. And I don't understand why they have so many front of house staff mostly stood around drinking soft drinks.

Great staff very helpful with allergies . Manger was great helping with gluten-free food and drinks . Couldn't fault the staff. The food was fresh. I will be returning the kids had the buffet the pizza was kept fresh.

This will be the first and last time I would visit any Pizza Hut restaurant. I walked in at 8 pm and was greeted by nobody. It took over five minutes before the staff would show me to a table and explain the ordering system. I ordered my food through the system. The pizza turned up. It looked okay at first , it tasted so salty and unappealing I left a lot of it , Fries were cold. In my deal, I had dessert included. After one of the staff removed the Half eaten pizza and cold Fries, I was then asked if I had ordered a dessert which I replied, yes. After 15 minutes one of the staff come over to me and said we apologise you’re gonna have to wait longer time for your dessert. With this information I thought enough is enough and left the restaurant. The overall service is really poor and the food was poorly prepared. Don’t waste your hard earned money in this restaurant.

I went yesterday evening, staff seemed really lovely and food seemed all good, once I got home, about an hour had passed since consuming the food, I felt incredibly sick and was sick 8 times throughout the night and into the morning with food poisoning. Now currently still feel incredibly sick and resting.

Food came cold and incorrect. Wrong pizzas on wrong bases. Items from the order also missing. Not what you expect for the price you pay.

Just shocking, place was filthy and the food was terrible !

electronic ordering was excellent, really easy to use and extremely user friendly. Value for money was brilliant considering what you paid for. General atmosphere was OK too. Service from staff was poor.

while watching the delivery map I noticed the driver take a detour on the way here. as a result of this detour our food arrived like warm and there was a missing ice cream. Regardless of the missing ice cream the only guess I can make was the driver took 2 orders on at the same time resulting in the ice cream we did receive being melted, the food cool to the touch, and the sauce from one of the orders now run down over many of the boxes. far from happy.

Decided to go here with my daughter as it was the first day of school holidays. Booking was easy & amended the booking as her friend was going to come but then didn't & that was easy to do. Greeted upon arrival & shown to our table & everything was explained on how to order. Tried to order on my phone but it needs to be authorised by my bank but I don't have a banking app on my phone & I'm not about to start carrying round my card reader. Scrapped that & went to the self service screen to order & that was straightforward. Everything seems to be automated these days & if you are of a certain age & not ok with technology then you'd be stuck. So much less human interaction these days. Drinks arrived quickly & we had unlimited buffet so we got what we wanted. It was quite busy for a Monday. What could possibly be done is that signs are up saying what pizza there is in case there is something you don't like or you have an allergy, just thinking out loud. Got a bowl from the salad bar too & that was nice & fresh & good range of choice. I really liked the potato salad, it was nice. You get 90 minutes but we were gone in about 45 minutes as we were quite full after 4 slices & salad. Menu has a good choice but I think unlimited is definitely the cheaper option. Staff were friendly enough & quite busy putting pizzas out & clearing tables.

We've been to a number of Pizza Huts over the years and all of them very similar, nice enough food and nice enough staff. However I don't recall coming to a Pizza Hut where the staff have been so welcoming, friendly and egar to help as the one at Cross Point. There are 4 waitresses on shift today, each one of them have attended to us, whether it is to offer help, let us know that something we ordered isn't available (in a very friendly and apologetic manor) or to check in to male sure we are happy. Honestly couldn't expect anything more of them and they are a credit to the business and would encourage me to come here again for sure. On top of the exceptional service the food was top quality, perfectly cooked - every aspect of our experience today was high standard and credit where it is due. All to often people will criticise when things haven't met expectations but I wanted to say thank you for doing everything perfectly with a great attitude and friendly smile. Matt & Sarah

Service and servers were excellent,very welcoming and friendly, good was great even though it was busy they kept the pizza coming and the salad topped up, it was quite loud due to school groups but the staff kept on top of everything. Well done 🎉

Visited for a first date and as Pizza Hut is my favourite pizza chain, had to try this place. Wonderful and professional service, wonderful pizza's as ever, clean, comfortable and nice looking seating, well presented and good atmosphere perfect for our date. My only fault was the pricing and although you expect from a chain like Pizza Hut, it's still a little steep. However, refillable drinks is always a good option.

I was not super impressed with the taste of pizza that I paid £24 for. . . Why delivery pizza is cheaper and has actual pizza taste. All I tasted was some garlic base with unfrozen veggies on it...very nice people working there though

Turned up for takeaway pizza as a drop in seeing it online as a offer of 2 pizzas for 20 quid ,and they said its an online offer only and they still applied it for me ,was very happy with service 3 points that impressed us was offer still at 20 quid ,fresh water and ice for free when asked ,and converted the warm 1.5 ltr Pepsi into 3 cold small bottles when i cheeky asked for cold ones,manager impressed us all three points, so thanks you pizza hut ,very good customer service

Food was spot on, but I'm not a fan of having no human contact. It's all done via apps and screens. I usually leave tips, but in this instance there's no one to tip.

Great Not having to worry about carrying cash for payments. Ordering at the table is great.. less waiting for assistance.

If you crave for a mouth watering cheesy pizza with your favourite toppings I'd recommend this place. Their cookie and ice-cream desserts are a recommendation too. It is a bit expensive though

took a boys under 11 football team plus parents so we were quite a handful....staff were brilliant (especially Dawn, ) food choice and quality was very good and came very quickly..highly recommended
