Lovely experience today! Always a family favourite, the kids love it here. Always greeted by lovely staff and they always engage well with the children in the restaurant which as a parent is super important.

Super service received from the team today. Lovely warm welcome from Dawn, very chatty and engaging. Aalya assisted with the order, very smiley and helpful. Sam served the table, very helpful and kept checking everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble from the team and they went above and beyond. love the Pizza Hut experience. Danny, Steve and Georgina also need a shout out.

My wife say it’s good and tasty so we keep coming back I have no complaints at all.

Haven’t been to PH for ages, for two adults and a child it cost £50 which is crazy considering the food is average, undercooked chips and small pizzas. Don’t think it will be long until it’s named Pizza Shut.

Came for the lunch buffet today. Welcoming and staff were helpful. The manager (I think) who was working, and Dawn were lovely and approachable, Dawn made sure we had all we needed and answered any questions as well as came to check on us throughout the duration to make sure food was okay etc. saw her interacting with many other families too which was lovely xx

Staff are really friendly, Evan helped me complete my order using the online system as it was confusing me. Another gentleman who brought the food over and cleared the plates was really friendly and asked how our meal was.

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Hadley’s outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, Hadley was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Checked in at just the right times, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and cares about the customer experience as much as Hadley does. Thank you we appreciate it!

I came with my parents and younger brother. We were abit confused about what certain deals included so we kept askingubg questions. Bless the staff were very patient and lovely. Especially Sam who was very helpful and smiley. It adds to positive vibes when you have a nice waiter 😁. He kept checking up on our table to see is every was okay and if we needed anything. All staff very friendly, inviting and sam looked after us and made sure we was happy with the food and service. We paid for the buffet and there wasn't much left so they offered to make fresh pizza with a flavour of our choice brought to the table which was very nice of them.

As we were struggling to order on our phone Sam was very helpful and offered brilliant customer service to ensure we were happy. Thank you.

Dan Dan the man who can. We came here to pick up a takeaway and we were immediately greeted by a cheerful Dan who was most helpful in collecting our order. Dan even saw us struggling with the salad boxes and he gave us stickers to seal our salad! Thank you so much.

The pizza was good, atmosphere was relaxed, server Eavan was friendly and accommodating, food was brought out in a timely manner.

Foods great as usual and Eavan did an amazing job with service.

Took a group of teenagers in for a birthday party. The staff were incredibly helpful, saving us tables and sorting the food out. Dawn was particularly good, making sure all the children were catered for and putting up with all Thier excitement. Many thanks. Also the pizza was good too 😃

Just had a really good experience at Pizza Hut. Steve and all the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We were a party of 19 with 9 kids. The food was all lovely, we were even given a free pizza as Steve wasn’t happy with the way one of the pizzas looked (it looked fine to us). Thank you Steve and thank you to all the staff both front and back of house for helping make our boys birthday so special 🙏🥰

I had my sons party here on 8/4/25, with over 20 people eating in total ! We were well looked after by Alicia and Paige !! All the food was brought out at the same time and promptly ! All orders were correct and accounted for, the girls were brilliant and very accommodating!! Would highly recommend

Very lovely place. Service was quick. Atmosphere was nice, not too loud and music was just right volume. Sam was a very lovely man and so was a young girl, brown hair long lashes, who bought us our food. Also the young blonde lad with tattoos who seated us very nice too. Will return, repeatedly

We had a great meal; we did the lunchtime buffet and the pizzas were refreshed regularly with lots of choice. Paige was extremely helpful and made our experience even better. Never had a bad experience here!

Because I did not know how to order my pizza from the touchscreen menu (self-service) I received some help from Dawn. She guided me through the menu and explained everything which made it easier for me to order.

Coventry branch: Greeted with a warm and big smile welcomed by Leya and then seen to promptly not long after ordering Eawan who explain anything we may need and where specific facilities where and the biggest thing despite not busy when we first came in still professionally smiled and found things to do. Check backs on point all round good experience. Would recommend and will be returning.
