Friendly service from Kian, Lyla and Sumayyah. Kian in particular was great at looking after a large group of 12 of us. Food was nice, but goes cold quickly. Had a good time overall!

Alicia and other staff served us perfectly. She was so kind with us. Thank you! The biscoff cheese cake is very nice, worth a try if you like to finish the meal with something really sweet!

Good food, Alicia, Sam, Kian and Steve were a great help in seating and dealing with our order

Firendly and very helpful staff, best Pizza Hut Buffet for a long time. Staff even come round letting you know when different pizzas are ready as well checking everything ok.Manager Dan and Alicia very chatty and welcoming.

Extremely friendly staff especially helpful, Asking if there was any particular pizza from the buffet we wanted, then told us when it was out . All salad bar fresh and well stocked .

Popped in for dinner whilst away for work, food was great & came out quickly, excellent selection at the unlimited salad bar also. Kian, Sam & Alicia were very welcoming and friendly, and also made sure the place was very clean and well kept - nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely visit again

Myself and my partner came here for dinner, the food was lovely (pizza was especially tasty), we had the meal for 2. Our server Sam was brilliant, very, considerate and quick with service, would recommend and definitely rate our server!

We visited Pizza Hut today we booked the table was ready and clean. Staff helped me use the screen as I had no idea. Food was really nice staff was really friendly and helpful. ( Sam:Kian and Alicia) Thankyou 😊 I usually go Solihull but service poor there.

Arrived at 14:55 and they still let me do the buffet, and even let me take remaining pizza back home for the family, so thought I'd take their names and thank them on here in addition to in person. Thank you, Dan and Paige, for excellent service and attitude. My son loved it.

Very cold pizza, looks like left over pizza ruined our night. Delivered on time, possibly some returned order delivered to my house. I am giving one star due to unable to give none, again ruined my night after 12 hrs shift. I need full refound for my oder. Thanks

Everything was amazing the staff were so polite and friendly specially Sam, Iyla and geogie I made a mistake with my order(ordered more drinks than needed) and they refunded me without me even asking for it! So nice of them! Had such a lovely time deffo recommend.

Wonderful experience tonight at Pizza Hut Cross Point! Staff (Sam and Summayah) were extremely helpful and kind, and service was very quick considering the size of our order. Restaurant wasn't very busy for a Friday night, so it was a nice and quiet atmosphere for the night.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Pizza Hut tonight. My friend and I were looking for a place to eat just before the movie, and the quick service sleepovers by Sam, Amelia, Summayah, Alicia and Iyla was just superb. They made sure we were well fed, and everything was taken care of. A big thanks to the kitchen for delivering hot food straight from the heart. It was all very lovely I woul really recommend coming

Stopped in for dinner on the way down the M6. Excellent vegan options and gluten free pizza. Sam helped us out with a menu query and made the time to come back and check that we had all the info we needed so we could make safe choices. Really tidy restaurant and well looked after by Summayah, Alicia, Amelia and Iyla.

The whole team were welcoming, friendly and so helpful! The manager Alicia was so accommodating and kind and Paige was just all round super lovely, warm, helpful and everything that makes great hospitality. Chef Katelyn was on point with the food!

I had the pleasure of being served by Leya and Paige during my visit to Pizza Hut and i couldn’t have been more impressed. They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. we attended the lunch time buffet today with my daughter and 2 year old niece. steve and paige couldnt do enough to help us. They explained what was on the buffet and how to purchase. The service was brilliant.
