100 Acre Bar, Grill & Function Suite in South Lanarkshire

Been few time but it’s is best place to have function and bar which is great service and atmosphere

Staff are friendly and the food is really good.

Place is a dive, inside and out, very badly dated and shocking service. Feels like you've went back in time to a mid 80s bowling club. Terrible pint and the food was comically bad.

Popped in with a friend on whim, so glad I did. Staff were lovely, food was amazing, and prices were very reasonable. Better than some places I've tried in the city centre, will definitely be back!

Food if lovely in here, been twice with friends and both times been really surprised at how lovely and fresh the food is and very reasonable prices too

The only negative thing i would say is the price of the pint.....for the area wouldnt pay it again! Revisited today food was nice but pint £5.10 and pint i got £6.30, a pound dearer from bar to lounge.....through a door bloody disgraceful! Definitely finished for me.......

We were in a large party and I think this was too much for the staff. Food was OK at best, but again due to underpressure staff in the kitchen. Noticed several meals hardly touched at the end of the evening. There were 3 large parties booked in and the place was mobbed.

Food and service was excellent.

As a family we have been going for meals in the 100 acre for many years as a family we ordered our meals from the girl Claudia who is very bubbly and friendly we ordered chicken goujons and chips for my son who is autistic when we ordered his meal we should have said no salad or beans just plain,when the meal was served by the male waiter my wife noticed it had salad on the the plate she said can you do me a favour and take the salad off please and said sorry for not saying when it was ordered he made a face he was very rude why did he not just say fine I will take the salad off he did not have the decency to bring the meal back he sent Claudia out with it,we are so angry with him I think it's time for JC to train his bar manager to have more manners and polite and be more mindfully on people with hidden disabilities because of the bar managers actions I don't think we will ever be back my daughter who is 14 years old was absolutely shocked with his shocking behaviour.

Had a fabulous night last night for the 2 buns birthday food was amazing and Jackie our waitress was first class.. exceptional will be back.. highly recommended 🙌👌

Great wee pub! Food is really good and my kids were not sure what they wanted nuggets or stew so Gordon brought stew out as a sample for kids to try and they loved it so happy quiet family dinner on a Friday night

Wee country night. Good local. Went there years ago and I forgot how good it was there. Older style. Simply decorated no frills but plenty of kindly people and good staff.

Had my daughters 18th in here on Friday . The staff were lovely as always , and a great dj. Thank you for a great night

A local boozer & function suite which is good without being spectacular. Lots of space and standard bar food. Serves the area well and 95% locals there as well as the odd club that use it as social venue (e.g. theatre guild). Bar staff chatty but can be a bit slow when busy, probably because they are chatty 😊

HAD THE BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE!!! i cleared my plate, discovered my new favourite drink and had the best dessert ever. service was amazing and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. couldn’t be happier. the chips were perfect and the salmon was delectable. COMING BACK AGAIN FOR SUREEE!!!!!

Our new fave local. Lovely premise , staff and patrons. Was at a wedding last year in function suite and it was brilliant. Great beer garden to for that 1 day of sunshine we get 😜. Food is tasty and decent price. Now we know they do take away just eat has lost a customer ! Still to try their sunday roast but if its anything like the rest of the menu we are in for a treat .

No frills mostly bought in food,plain and simple with no presentation,portions are very small for the price but would definitely return because I liked it and the staff were nice,advice is brighter presentation on your food and make all of your food fresh including chips and burgers,it makes sense and customers will appreciate it.❤️

I booked a bus load of football fans in before a game at hampden and it was very busy but the staff were amazing. So we'll done to everyone

A bit cold initially and the bar wasn't opened in the function suite but after an hour the bar opened and the place heated up. The tables were cleaned regarding and the staff were nice.

Used this place before the Scottish Cup final. Great boozer with plenty of staff. Were made very welcome. Kids were also welcome. It's a short walk away from Hampden Park. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending

Nice & close to hampden park good atmosphere

Although I never had the food it did look first class, was there b4 a game at hampden great atmosphere.

Good pub very busy when there is s game on at hamdump...so service is a little slow and they use plastic tumblers...spoils the Guinness. Bar staff do there best though.

The venue was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Bar service was good.

We booked our bus party in as normal before a Scotland match at Hampden.As usual a quick reply.On arrival very well organised plenty of friendly staff and quick service and very clean.Excellent choice of drink and food plus plenty of seating inside and out.

Used to live round the corner and just recently moved back into the area. Only 7 people in and not surprising given the price of a pint of Tennent's lager! Perhaps I'm to used to rutherglen with wetherspoons at £2.65 a pint and the vicky bar £2.85. Couldn't believe the price....£3.60,only redeeming factor,it was a great pint. Won't be back though.

Always get a good meal in here, steak pie is especially good. 👌

Just back from a funeral lunch here. Covid regulations covered. Pleasant, helpful staff offering table service for drinks and food. Staff worked well to provide good service.

Had macaroni. 3/10 ( very poor and left an after taste, possibly flour not cooked off in cheese mix ) Chicken pakora 7/10 ( however pretty small portion) Sundea 5/10 pretty average with very little added to I've cream. Al Total cost for four people £80 , left disappointed in this occasion.

We were in the lounge for food. Staff were excellent, food and service first class. The portions were massive but so tasty you just have to finish it. Be back soon.

Went here tonight for dinner and after my partner and daughters meal came out I waited and waited for mine to come out,, after they were half way through theirs I called the girl over and asked where my dinner was and she said that she forgot to order it so i didn’t eat a main as by the time it would have been ready my partner and daughter would have been finished theirs!! Not sure why they didn’t think it was weird that I was sitting without any food 🤔🤔 Tbh I was really surprised that the staff weren’t more bothered about it,, they really didn’t care less and said aw ok sorry and walked off 🤣🤣

****PLEASE READ**** I would not recommend going to this establishment for food, we ordered 3 spicy chicken burgers and the buns where mouldy, the staff behind the bar explained this would be deducted from the bill as the chef was allegedly embarrassed, this did not happen... I had to ask what was happening with bill to be politely embarrassed by the staff member who refunded a mear £6.50 thus being only the amount for 1 of the mouldy burgers. The other 2 burger meals got left. Likewise so did we !! I will never be back and would highly recommend that you also never touch foot in this embarrassment of an establishment.

We were in the spacious function suite upstairs, which was well laid out for our party of over one hundred people. The staff service was quick and friendly, although they had to increase the number to cope with the initial demand. Limited variety of drinks upstairs. Handy for Hampden Park. I would visit again, no problem.

Lovely staff food excellent you have a menu I like and not everyone has the same refreshing change love the beer garden makes a difference not to be too hot in other bars.

It's ok but cannot get some drinks in the function suit you have to go down stairs and can be a bit cold when you first go in and only ever two staff on if not one
