The best restaurants serving Spanish food in St. Andrews Fife Central Scotland

The food was good and probably the best beer I've had in a while but what impressed me most was how the staff kept an eye on what was happening around them. A lone female tourist appeared to be receiving unwanted attention, the staff stepped in to offer help without being asked.
