The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Conwy North Wales

Issues via Uber eats. It didnt take into consideration distance. Called me to cancel the Order, no worries life happens. However, despite the cancelation Uber eats took the money and refused a refund. The team at this location was so helpful in sorting this out and giving me evidence to get my Money back. They didnt have to go above and beyond but they did. I cant say anything about the food but the team is amazing. Once I am back in the area I will be going just to give them my business. 2 hours late, dry, terrible food. No answer to the phone. The app said 10 mins , I asked the delivery guy why no answers and that I wanted a refund. He just kept saying no no no and walked away from me in the end. Can agree with previous comments - don’t waste your time or money here! The worst!!!!

Waited 2-3 hours for my just eat, was told twice it was on its way for the delivery driver to go to the wrong place, still yet to be delivered..
