Done a delivery using there app at 6.48 and was told it would an hour phone 1hr30 minutes later to be told it would be 10 minutes waited 40 minutes to call back to be told on the phone it had already been delivered which it hadn't. Delivery was made at 9.32 just shy of 3hrs waiting for a delivery. By the time the food came it was too late to eat our food so half of it went to waste due to lateness
