The best restaurants serving Mexican food in Leicester East Midlands

The samosas were fresh and hot and filled me up. Would really recommend them for a quick snack or to enjoy with your family.

i got the chicken tacos and they were so bland and far too much cheese which was flavourless and congealed and the birria taco dip they gave is watery and bland. very disappoined as i was expecting a lot from the reviews 🙁🙁

The food was fab- no complaints. The service however was very poor. We were ignored at the door a couple of times and once acknowledged nobody asked us about allergies. Sat at the table waiting quite a while before anyone came to ask for our order. Our order was taken by a brunette lady in a pink blazer- she was quite abrupt and raced off so quick with our cocktail order that I didn't even get a chance to ask for some water before she was gone. She didn't ask if we wanted to order food either. Recieved our drinks after a while and WE had to ask the waiter if we can order food as we could see he wasn't going to ask us despite the fact we now had drinks and that's the next thing most people do. Ordered food, didn't get a check back to make sure everything was okay. I must add it wasn't heaving busy, the waiters were walking around a bit aimlessly and the pink blazer lady was stood looking at the computer screen at the front. I work in hospitality and if this was a mystery shopper report style visit it would be a bit fat fail. We took the service charge off ad it was absolutely not worth the money.

Actually pretty decent for a quick take away style burrito snack / light lunch but certainly nothing special But the cost is way overpriced +they actually attempt to up-sell with items making the cost even higher unbelievable Avoid the side dishes which are pretty terrible I asked for corn on the cob which were a few dried up finger sized slices Avoid & go to pret or if you want a basic meal weatherspoons which will actually save you monies A decent take away style burrito should be around £5 to £7.50 absolute total max £6 would be decent value & customer to return price (+incentive discount for stamp collections etc ) Doubt they’ll be there long No wonder the place looks empty most of the time
