Tortilla Leicester in Leicester

Olvidé enviarme una salsa que pagué por £ 4 solo te dicen que llames a Uber. Leicester Tortilla está tratando de envenenar a la gente. Arroz crudo servido. Esta fue la segunda oportunidad después de la última vez cuando me sirvieron pollo en mi burrito cuando soy vegetariana. Qué horrible sorpresa morder mientras se envuelve el burrito esto fue inesperado. Creo que no se preocupan por los requisitos dietéticos y tampoco por la salud y la seguridad con el arroz crudo servido. Este lugar necesita cerrarse. Hágale saber al consejo y al comercio también.

La primera vez que probé Tortilla, tuve la nueva opción Beyond Meat y fue genial! Un montón de opciones de coberturas, etc. y el personal era muy amable y servicial. Bonita zona de estar limpia también. Definitivamente volveré.

Actually pretty decent for a quick take away style burrito snack / light lunch but certainly nothing special But the cost is way overpriced +they actually attempt to up-sell with items making the cost even higher unbelievable Avoid the side dishes which are pretty terrible I asked for corn on the cob which were a few dried up finger sized slices Avoid & go to pret or if you want a basic meal weatherspoons which will actually save you monies A decent take away style burrito should be around £5 to £7.50 absolute total max £6 would be decent value & customer to return price (+incentive discount for stamp collections etc ) Doubt they’ll be there long No wonder the place looks empty most of the time

I am occasionally trying this place from time to time. And i see the same unprofessionalism all the time. Same seemingly nice guy pinch a bit of what you point at and puts it in the bowl. Not the hardest job is it. Just all the time trying to upsell what is he told to with the least possible care for customer. Paid for salad bowl medium portion around £8.00 and got my main protein just to be like 4,5 small bits which i couldn't even taste. After i finished he came to clean my plate but asking how it was. I decided to share my opinion that it was good apart from lack of chicken. To which he sipmply i understand and went to tell the other 2 employees ( working harf on their phones, serving food with same hands) what i just said and started joking that may be they should have let me help myself. This is second time i hear this same person with a beard commenting and laughing about customers in a loud voice. This is ridiculous service. But pinch of a few things in bowl who makes the portion. How many grams is main protein and all rest. Or employees just decide how much? Common Tortilla get better! Get proffessional!

We love Tortilla and this is a great branch. We really enjoyed our food and the service from Ava and team was excellent. Good choice, generous portions and super value for money. Lovely setting to dine in upstairs, too, spotlessly clean. We'll be back.

Wouldn't waste your money. Portions are hilarious for the price you pay. Can get a meal that fills you up cheaper in the majority of fast food outlets around. The flavours are very bland also.

Checked this out today, had a pork burrito. Plenty of fillings to choose from. Delicious and filling and the staff were really polite and helpful. Will definitely be going again.
