The best restaurants serving Japanese food in St Thomas Portsmouth South East

Took grandchildren here after school. Enjoyed the meal but not the price of the water! Asked for water to drink and i admit i didnt understand or hear properly what the waitress said. Two bottles arrived and only at end of meal did i realise the charge for drinking water was £10. A bit excessive in my opinion.
