The best restaurants serving Italian food in Horbury and South Ossett Wakefield Yorkshire and The Humber

First visit and wouldn’t return! Miserable waitress, never once did she engage with us or smile, very robotic! Wasn’t over busy but had to chase staff for previously ordered drinks. Food very average, we had calamari, very disappointing! Deep fried which we like, but it was all batter, the calamari was non existent. My partner and friend had Gamberetti prawn pasta, they said it was ok, bit bland, presentation could have been so much more with not a lot more effort! One of us had the lasagne which she said she enjoyed, and it did look nice. We paid in full including the service charge but came away feeling underwhelmed. All in all not impressed.

Not been for a while. I find most Italian restaurants very similar. The menu is very decent with good choices although didn't check out food for those with special diets. All food was delivered promptly and was of a reasonable portion and came hot. Staff were attentive. Overall an OK experience. A 10% charge is added to the bill but you can request to have it removed.
