The best restaurants serving Italian food in London

My husband and I ate here for dinner, the food was tasty and the service was efficient. Our only complaint was that the restaurant seemed very chaotic which didn’t create the most relaxing atmosphere. The music was too loud and genre of music, I personally didn’t think was in keeping with the restaurant. The staff were efficient, although frantic.

Not being veggie I was dragged along with a couple of friends who are. I thought the food was rather good and did't miss my meat at all. I agree with some of the other reviews that a couple of the dished could have had a few more herbs thrown in, but they still tasted nice.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Excellent wine list. They will even make you a Pollo Sorpresa even if it isn't on the menu! Massively children friendly.

Este es un favorito local sureste de Londres. Kennington tiene un pequeño número de buenos restaurantes, pero la mayoría son de una cadena. Amici es una pequeña independientes. El menú es bueno para la pasta, pizza, y una pequeña selección de platos de carne y pescado. La comida es siempre muy bien presentado, y el servicio es amable y acogedor. Vale la pena una visita si te encuentras en SE11.

This restaurant based near the Old Bailey, looks (from the outside) like a basic unassuming café. Do not let this put you off. The service and food are above average. This is one of those restaurants that should not be judged by appearance. .

This place is a hidden secret and by me writing a review about it, half of me hopes that it still stays a secret, but it's just too good to not tell others about. Go for the coffee, I haven't found a place anywhere near or far that takes the attention and care for their coffee as this place. I've only been for breakfast but I've been meaning to go back and try all their other stuff because it all looked so good. It's just worth the drive, early in the morning take the other half for a quiet, delicious breakfast and you'll keep going back.

The Chelsea Gardner is a nice cafe that is in the Chelsea Farmers Market. Located off the Kings Road. Enjoyable breakfast.

Es un pequeño restaurante en la zona de Whitechapel una calle donde principalmente enconarás restaurantes Indios. sitio alternativo, no hay alcohol (o al menos cerveza) bebidas de cola y naranja sin aditivos. This is a very small cafe in Welling High Street. You get coffees and tea and mainly sandwich type food. Very pleasant and a great place to stop

This would have probably got a 4 star but they let themselves down. The food was tasty and the service was ok except they made an error with my order and only brought it several minutes later after my friend was halfway through her meal. Sometimes when those things happen they will offer you a discount or free drink or something - they didn't but it didn't even cross my mind and when I received the £100 plus bill with the 12.5% service already included, I paid without question. However by that time I decided to have a coffee whilst my friend was finishing her drink and he (seemed to be a manager or something so not like it was a youngster without any choice) gave me a separate bill for it which I thought was very cheeky and disappointing and for such a silly amount, ruined my whole feeling about the place.

We were fortunate to meet the managers, Mr. Angelo and Mr. Alex, who were incredibly welcoming and took the time to chat with us about the restaurant’s philosophy and menu. A special mention goes to Mr. Atar who hosted us with utmost professionalism and warmth. His proactive approach and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout the evening. Briciole Ristorante is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply craving authentic Italian cuisine, this place is a must-visit.
