The best restaurants serving Italian food in Loughton Forest Epping Forest East of England

The Italian is okay but the Japanese is very mixed. Some of the rolls are okay but I ordered a chicken and veg ramen and was totally tasteless. It tasted like water with some chicken and frozen vegetables thrown in and they were all English veg not Asian ones. Very strange. Would be good if they learnt how to make some Japanese dishes properly
