Ordered Cappuccino and sausage roll. They asked if I wanted it warm. Yes please. It to so long to come the coffee was cols as was the sausage rill which had never been heated. I took th a back. They returned 5 mins later with a sarcastic "enjoy". The roll had beec cut into 3. each piece was lukewarm on the outside AND COLD in the middle. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF.
