The best restaurants serving Greek food in Wakefield Yorkshire and The Humber

Great little cafe run by a very enthusiastic young couple, we are gradually eating our way down the menu of authentic Greek food, they import ingredients from Greece, and we would say that everything is “para poly nostimo!” (Very very tasty) As someone else has stated elsewhere a wonderful addition to Ossett and they seem to have a loyal clientele who appreciate their food and friendly atmosphere. So if you haven’t been there yet come on give it a try, you never know, you may wonder why you didn’t go in before. Efcaristome, keep on serving the good food and they will come. What a gem this place is. Welcoming, the smell of freshly cooked food, the decor. Then the food arrives and it's amazing. Slow cooked lamb and beef kleftico all fresh. The baclava is heavenly. The owners Alec and Julie are very hospitable. For a lovely, friendly atmosphere it's perfect.

First time at this restaurant.I found the staff friendly and helpful. My husband and myself have dietary requirements gluten and dairy. The chef came out and advised both of us what on the menu he could make for us. We had plenty of choice and the food was delicious. We both ate from the early bird menu. We will definitely be back, highly recommend.
