Never had an issue with this big johns until recently the women on the till is so in experienced and untrained it's painful, I give my order and before I'm finish she's charging for the first thing I asked for and hasn't listened to the rest of my order the 3rd time I've been there since she's been on the till and my order has been incorrect and to realise when I get home it isn't even worth returning to complain.
