The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

We came in for a random snack. Wow! I like pasties! And this was the best I have ever had.(Large Steak) If I lived here, then I'd go every day! Very reasonably priced too.

The menu promised a nice selection - but having gone for Rose Bubble tea, unfortunately the shop didn’t have tapioca so it was fruit bubbles only. This was not a bubble tea and tasted more like fruit squash with the fruit bubbles in. It tasted nothing like Rose. At £3.45 for the standard size, it was also not cheap. Perhaps I’m more used to the standard of Bubble Tea in London which is generally at least an 8/10... unfortunately I couldn’t even rate the standard of this ‘bubble tea’ and threw it away after the first few sips. 0/10.

I am local to the area and this is where you go if you want a delicious hot dog or the perfect and chunky chips, the food is perfect. Excellent quality and cheapest fresh food around hayle. Best atmosphere and chatty lady, there is also the option to sit and enjoy the scenic views of hayle harbour.

I’m not a massive pasty fan but last year I had a vegetarian pasty from here. It was fabulous tasty and spicy. By far the best pasty I’ve ever had. I took my daughter this year and while she’s not vegetarian she tried “the pasty I’d gone on about all year”.She enjoyed it so much we went back and got another one each to take back with us.It’s filled with veg plus feta cheese and chilli.

Fantastic place. Always go there during lunch at work. Lovely people and great food. You can go and get food elsewhere. But you won’t have the incredible service they provide at Rowe’s in truro. 10/10

I simply love Rowes pasties. They are exactly what a pasty should be, at least the beef ones are. They are exactly as a traditional pasty should be, at least the savoury end. Potato, beef, onion, turnip, well seasoned, perfect every time. I have never had one that wasn’t exactly as it should be. Hope they never get tempted to go the Ginsters way.

Ellerys is a small butchers which also sells home made hot pasties, sausage rolls and pies. Having lived in Cornwall for 30 years I must have eaten several thousand pasties, including Philps which I always thought were the best. That was until I discovered Ellerys. These are quite the BEST pasties I have ever eaten. If you are ever near St Columb Major, which is not far from Newquay Airport, made a point of going to Ellerys and sample one of these wonderful pasties.

Expensive take away but very nice. Tucked away in Truro college no issues to park Had dirty ranch burger with gravy Parmesan fries, had to order on an app, Quick turnaround and they told you how long the food order wait was. Decent size burger and generous portion of fries but I would expect that for the money. Had some chicken bits as well which were very tasty. Sat outside in decent decking area and hoofed it down in the early evening sun, spar next door if you want to get a drink. I would definitely go again…

Great food, extremely friendly. 100% vegetarian, which helps. Threw some extra chillis in after we talked about spicy food! (I surived the extras...)

This gelato shop is a real treat! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, and the staff were really friendly and patient while we took a while to decide what flavours to have! A few small tables if you wanted to eat in.

We're repeat customers after a visit last year. Lovely lady served us. Great cakes, sausage roll, pasty and coffee

Bubble waffles are absolutely amazing!!!! I live in Cornwall and my partner keep’s bugging too take him back every weekend!!!!

Best fish and chips in the area, good customer service, chicken burgers not the best but you don't really go here for chicken burgers, will 100% go back

Fabulous service, lovely setting. Staff so friendly and the best coffee I have ever tasted and being just a coffee drinker that says a lot. Will will be returning. Rosie and Rolly Hallett
