On our way to Cardiff myself and the family, the kids got hungry so we stopped here enroute. We should of carried straight on. The service was shocking the boy at the window looked like he wasn't even there maybe a heavy night the night before. As you would expect from this fast food place things were forgotten from our order, I can live with that as it's expected cause the chips have a higher IQ than half the staff. When I went into collect the missing items there was a little old lady complaining she had been waiting for 35 minutes for her porridge and hash brown, by this time her cappuccino had gone cold and asked for it to be replaced. The rude arrogant little runt of child working there laughed at her and turned round to ones of his colleagues have you heard this she wants a free drink, as they walked away from her they were still taking the micky out of her and laughing loudly in the back with the rest of the degenerates finding it highly amusing they had just picked on some old lady.
