Dear McDonald’s Customer Service / Manager I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a very unpleasant experience I had at your Newbury town outlet on 28 April, 2025. I had ordered a Veg Burger, and to my shock, the burger had a foul smell, indicating it was not fresh. Even more disturbing, I found a strand of hair inside the burger, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. When I brought this to the attention of the staff and requested a replacement, the manager not only refused to resolve the issue politely but also shouted at me in front of other customers. This kind of behaviour from a manager is extremely unprofessional and made me feel disrespected and humiliated. As a regular customer of McDonald’s, I expected better quality food and respectful service. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Looking forward to your response and a resolution.
