Ordered two kebabs at 7pm. Delivery between 8.05-8.25pm. Got to 830, no food. Rang the store and they had ‘forgot’ our order and it was coming asap. 9pm came and still no food. Rang the store again, really rude and offered us ‘extra chips’ .. which is laughable. I asked for a refund and said that they could keep the food and we will go else where. They refused this and were really rude. Food finally arrived around 930pm. Won’t be ordering from here again.
