Ordered through Uber order didn’t show for 2 hours 10 minutes every time rand was told 10-20 minutes then 5-10 minutes then when order came was wrong and when rang they just didn’t care wouldn’t recommend or use again awful service with rude staff

My partner rang to complain about a meal with fries missing it isn't the first time the guy on the phone was very rude I won't be ordering from there again and I would strongly advise others to avoid. This shop hasn't got new owners it's the same owners as before same mistakes and bad customer service.

Off work with a leg injury and needed food. Come across this place on foodie. Glad I did. I’m not a big fries fan, but did the lot. Pizza and chicken both spot on too. Even got an extra piece (cheers) Prompt delivery. Can’t fault it.

Ordered 12 chicken strips and when we got them home, we had 10 in the box. The 'Southern Fried' taste isn't as good since the new owners took over. Not good!

I ordered a family fried chicken meal deal with spicy wings. The chicken was succulent,amazing taste and very fresh. The wings was so crispy and spicy..love it. Delivery was earlier than predicted. Happy costumer. I would highly recommend this takeaway.

My go to takeaway. Food is always tasty especially the fried chicken and is good quality. Would highly recommend.

As an experienced takeaway connoisseur I have to say this was the worst order EVER. I FEARED for my life even looking at it. This establishment was not serving bad food, but dangerous food. If you require being able to leave the bed in the next week then would recommend eating elsewhere.

I ordered hot vegetarian pizza and got the wrong one with uneven slices. I complained and some short asian guy took pizza from me and threw it away rudely and told us to get out. He was fierce and started swearing and none of his colleagues stopped him. They all were wigh him and told us to get out. I will never go again because the people are a mess.

Top selection on the menu. Pizza, chicken, kebab and chips all good quality and well priced. Liked that the drink options with the meals included non fizzy drinks which is unusual for takeaways. Will definitely be eating from here again & would recommend.

Ordered from here about 5/6 times and never got order right once always missing items and nightmare to get them re delivered AVOID

I have tried this establishment 3 times now. 1st one was great, so thought I would share the great food with Family first and this was disappointing as the order was all messed up, we were advised that it is a Friday night and that they are extremely busy however on our next order they will offer us a complimentary meal to which I agreed. I placed an order today and drove to the takeaway to place the order as they are clearly not capable of taking the order over the phone as the second visit experience proved. We had clearly asked for everything to be labelled and only some items where marked it was not so easy to make sense of the food that was delivered. We called up with the misunderstanding that part of our order was not there as it was marked incorrectly. We were advised that someone will call us, and the Chef called us. He was so rude and put the phone down. I called back and the person that answered did not even listen and said he is busy and put the phone down. I called up again for the 3rd time to apologise for the misunderstanding but was fuming as to How rude the staff are. I had asked for the manager to give me a call and had been advised that they will Call me back, I have not received a call. For the messed up order the complimentary meal was 4 chicken wings. All I can say with such rude staff and ill mannered people being put on the phone I will surely take my business elsewhere.
