Pre ordered food to be delivered at a certain time was half hour late as well as cold i rang the office but i just kept getting told its out for delivery will never order from here again disgusting service

The food is amazing. Always order the piri peri platter which tastes delicious and is at a good price. When you order to collect it take 20mins but if you order for delivery it can take up to an hour to deliver. However, it is worth the wait! The food comes very warm and I'm glad it's our local fast food. Honestly, the service is great. They provide extra food or swap any food item for a preferred choice. The pizzas are great too. The fries are nicely salted. Thank you for the great service which is always recieved.

Ordered via phone, was text a price. Went to collect the food and added on some extra items. Got home and multiple items missing. Rang the store and was told to come and collect it. Went to collect and was told I needed to pay again, because the person who took the call wasn’t there to confirm what I originally ordered. Do they not right down orders?

Delivery driver had no change and there was hair in the chicken strips Phones off the hook all night so can’t get though

Love the food from here! Unfortunately the driver had the wrong post code but correct address and tried saying the correct one was 5miles from the ‘’ original’ postcode…facts they’re were within 2min of each other.. driver then refused to deliver but the staff in the shop handled it well and the food was delivered fresh and tasty! They couldn’t apologise enough. The mixed special donner in a tray is my fav!

No ketchup delivered with the order. Food is good but new to improve delivery. Contiments always part of order. Ketchup is not special request.

Disgusting my daughter got a wrap after college ate it on the way home. After eating some of it. Found a finger nail in her food. And after seeing the other reviews told her not to buy anything again. If we lived nearer I’d have took it back to them.

if you like metal in your food then this place is the perfect place to order food for you and family then when you tell them about it they don't care no wonder the place is the way it is

it's a chicken shop, that sells fast chicken food... it's fine for a quick bite on the go. Don't expect the Ritz if you're going to eat in (but you already knew that!).

Ordered a Lamb Donner in Nann meal (large) The Donner was very over cooked burnt in places was very chewy and dry. The lettuce on the meal was very sparce and brown in colour. The food was not fresh at all Very disappointed as I am a regular customer.

We always order from here, usually average. Today we recieved a kids meal, they've replaced the fruit shoot with a fizzy drink which the child can't have They dint send his fries The ranch burger had no onion rings on And the chicken supreme burger was just grissle! Quite disappointed

Orderd at 20.30pm got deliverd about an hour later came wrong so rang them up he said we will re deliver still here at 22.30 still no food NEVER coming here again!!!

The worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered! Started on just eat, ordering a mini plater, grilled chicken salad & a wrap- was sent a burger , half a chicken & 3 bags of fries? When calling I was passed around from one member of staff to another, (quite a hard language barrier) I explained numerous times that this order wasn’t mine & that I’ve paid for someone else’s order, in the end they put the phone down on me and turned up @ my door 2/3hrs later around 11.30/12amwith my correct order(I was asleep with my 1 year old) knocking he’ll out of my door ringing my phone. Really upset with the service and food that they provided and won’t be using them again.

Waited over an hour for a pizza, chicken and burger. The burger which wasn't advertised as coming with cheese and I thought it would not have cheese, but when it came, it was absolutely covered on cheese, I couldn't eat it as I'm lactose intolerant, messaged them on Uber eats however they are not responding to messages about it. Will not be ordering from here again as its awful. Edit, we was refunded for the burger

We have had 3 orders from Krispy land and cannot fault anything. The chicken kebab in naan is delicious, the chicken is tender and tasty. This time we had a 6 piece bucket and again the chicken was perfect. The driver was friendly and food was hot. Will be using again .

The worst service ever. Never order a delivery from this restaurant. It is two hours now and we are still waiting for our meals. What a shame I tried calling the restaurant more than 30 times and no response! So I think I have to drive and collect myself if they have food! It is one of the few Halal restaurants in our area so I had no choice. We tried them before and their food is not too bad, but I remember they were always late.

The time now is 20:24. We ordered our meal at 18:30 and we are fasting Ramadan. We didn’t receive the food and no one answers the phone. We don’t know if we will get anything or shall we cook or order again. Can you imagine a family of 4 fasting 14+ hours and get NOTHING! Rubbish service.. rubbish communication and customer service

Ordered through Uber order didn’t show for 2 hours 10 minutes every time rand was told 10-20 minutes then 5-10 minutes then when order came was wrong and when rang they just didn’t care wouldn’t recommend or use again awful service with rude staff

2nd time ordering (first time through uber eats) lovely food, great portions, asked for the salad separate from the kebab and we got a lovely fresh box of salad. friendly delivery driver. 1 star missing as delivery was longer than expected and the fudge cake was missing from order. "Bro listen!" Is that how to speak to your customer? Person who takes the orders, don't understand English very well. Took my order wrong, when I called again.. they keep passing the phone to different persons... and I had to repeat myself 5 times. Food was okay. But the customer service is very very poor. All the burgers were salty. They said zinger burger is ment to be love and hate so it will be salty. Then i asked about peri peri burger he said it should not be. He said there is nothing we can do.

My partner rang to complain about a meal with fries missing it isn't the first time the guy on the phone was very rude I won't be ordering from there again and I would strongly advise others to avoid. This shop hasn't got new owners it's the same owners as before same mistakes and bad customer service.

Went hear during my college hour break with my class mate, here is what we discovered. We ordered the 5 peace chicken tenders meal. The waiting time was very short around 5 minutes. Chicken tenders were fabulous. They are very juicy, have the perfect spicy texture and also has a crispy crust which melted in your mouth. The fries were perfectly crisp. Once you bite into it it turns to soft and just melts on your tongue. Perfectly seasoned as well. The hygiene in the store was very good. Apart from a minimal crack in the shielding this was a very clean and hygienic shop. My class mate and I will definitely be paying another visit to this place. Very good and keep it up

Quick serving Freshly made chips - super hot. No toilets No hand wash area Single staff so if you order more food- you expect to wait. Fair prices… although some item did seemed over priced. Not busy all the times so wait time is between 4-10mins. Car parking in street.

Worst place ever, I wish I could give no stars. Not only have the prices increased and the portions gotten smaller but the staff are rude, the food never comes on time always over an hour to be delivered!!! And worst of all...the amount of mistakes they make I don't understand how hard it is to get it right the workers must be incredibly stupid. Also who puts coleslaw in the same bag as a drink so it gets crushed and leaks out all over the drink! I'd stay away from this place, they have no concept of time management or quality control for that matter not to mention to the awful hygiene rating they've been given. Disgusting!

Used to be our favourite take away. But the last few times we've ordered the food was awful. So will not be ordering again. They make no effort in making the food anymore. Also, the food takes forever to arrive. Awful food and awful service. You guys need to get your take away back to the standards that it used to be.

Nice tandoori chicken but they take a lot of time to cook if they say 1 hour be ready to wait at least 1.30 to 1.45 minutes and make sure u get the correct change

The workers are incompetent! They constantly mess up the orders, not sure how they can make so many mistakes. And when they do get it right, they are late. Even when done right the food is mediocre at best, worst food in South Wigston!!!

Delicious food & very friendly staff. My favourite (peri peri) chicken, wings and strips in Leicestershire - highly recommended! My wife loves the burgers and naans especially. Staff always go above and beyond what's expected to ensure my specific requirements are always met in a timely and efficient manner. I'm contacted by staff with any updates if necessary. I have been ordering from here on a regular basis and have found all of the staff extremely polite and professional, even the takeaway's own delivery driver is very friendly and polite, working with a smile on his face. I ordered a family fried chicken meal deal with spicy wings. The chicken was succulent,amazing taste and very fresh. The wings was so crispy and spicy..love it. Delivery was earlier than predicted. Happy costumer. I would highly recommend this takeaway.

Food is always really good but it is always late. This is our go to takeaway treat and they state its an hour and 15 mins delivery but its always 10/15 minutes later. We don't mind because we like the food but our last order took 3 hours to arrive! We ordered it at 6pm and it arrived at 9pm! How ridiculous is that?! Couldn't get through to the shop as the phone was taken off the hook. It was so frustrating. When the food finally arrived and I had told him he had been 3 hours he just looked at me and said do you want it or not. Honestly was so angry it put us off ordering again. If you want to order from here then collect it yourself!! P. S I am not just having a moan about one bad experience, I have also left them good reviews when we have had positive experiences with them.

Hi, from Hamel Hempstead here. I travelled to Krispyland in Leicester. Was an amazing experience, service was brilliant. Food was on point. Hygiene level was👌 No other restaurant can beat this.

DO NOT ORDER The food was stone cold so I called the restaurant The man was very rude and said “How is the food cold when it has just left” Even though I seen the delivery driver walking around at nighttime when it was cold outside I asked for a refund and he said no.Also on many occasions they get the food wrong and also they come about 1-2 hours late every time I suggest you order from somewhere else.

Unfortunately disappointed first time ordering pizza the base tasted raw, topping (ham pineapple and cheese) where awful with no flavour ended up tatsted like raw base and cheap cheese

1 hour late. Food was warm and not of great quality, driver forgot our pizza which made it colder than the rest if our order. Will not be using again

I rate this place highly better than kfc in my opinion and the spicy wings are just amazing!! The food came 50 minutes earlier than the estimated time which is always a winner... I think If you order direct through there website it’s better than through just eat

Its ok.. I'm always weary of this place. Chicken for me is either dry because its been sat in the heater and dried out for too long. Or it's other parts like bun or lettuce dried out on the odd time. Learn how to make chicken jucy and succulent.

As an experienced takeaway connoisseur I have to say this was the worst order EVER. I FEARED for my life even looking at it. This establishment was not serving bad food, but dangerous food. If you require being able to leave the bed in the next week then would recommend eating elsewhere.

Food was stale and lacked any sort of freshness. Completely lacklustre and tasteless. Also arrived cold. I don't know how these guys prep their ingredients but it really feels careless as though they don't value the customer. I am NEVER ordering here again! How could I feed my family such trash.

Order was cancelled randomly without any courtesy call and when we called them to find out why they hung up the phone saying "order cancelled, thanks bye" they are rude and don't know how to talk to people.
