The best restaurants serving Default food in Aughnacloy Dungannon Southern NI

Lovely food and very reasonable price in local to this takeaway and owner is one of the nicest people you can meet always has a smile and chat highly recommend

I phoned the restaurant to make an enquiry about the menu,'firstly I spoke to a lady who couldn't get me off the phone quick enough she then put me through to a man, he was rude & extremely unhelpful. I was so disappointed as we were hoping to go to Salleys but after this telephone conversations we definitely didn't. Very very disappointing!!

One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Took along time to get seated, finally taken to the bar, where we sat for another 10 minutes. The bartender finally came up and was curious. We still hadn't gotten menus. He was helping us when a waitress finally came up, probably after being admonished. Were now taken out and sat in the restaurant. Waited another 5 minutes to have a waitress approach our table. We had now been there almost a half hour so far... During order, I asked for a hamburger. Waitress said they only cook them well done. I was somewhat taken back. I was so hungry, and this was our last chance for a meal. I asked that it be as rare as possible, and not burnt. The vegetable soup was OK, as was the shrimp curry. However my hamburger was inedible. It was so well done, it was black, almost impossible to bite into, had to cut it. The first bite almost gagged me, it was so salty. Not just a little, but saturated with salt. I mentioned it to the waitress, she said that's the way it is. I left it open faced on the plate, and when she returned, I asked if she would eat that... it looked like a piece of burnt firewood. She kind of snickered and said that's what I ordered. I had also gotten mashed potatoes, got enough to serve 4, which was good since that was my last meal of the day. The waitress brought a to go box for the rest of the potatoes, acting with disdain and condescension, and was never seen again, though she walked by numerous times, us sitting with money out waiting to leave. I finally went to the hostess, who also acted very cold and arrogant. When leaving, i was again treated with condescension and boredom. I mentioned how bad the burger was, and again was met with the arrogant smirk.... Unbelievable. I have raley seen anything like this. For this to be rated as high as it is is a mystery to me, though there are several reviews stating the same lack of service and food quality. STAY AWAY. Do not allow this kind of service and attitude to continue.

Small & basic. But very friendly & food is amazing...and great value ..I had sweet chilly chicken strips with chips served with curry as side ..absolutely class 👌

Lovely freshly cooked breakfasts , using top notch ingredients. Friendly staff made this a very nice place to be. Recommended

I was passing through Aughnacloy last Sunday evening and spied Fran and D's takeaway so decided to stop for something to eat......lovely friendly staff....fast efficient service....amazing chips, super duper onion rings and delicious milkshakes.....the portion sizes were extremely generous and prices were really inexpensive.....if you are ever in Aughnacloy definitely treat yourself to whatever you fancy.....I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.....thank you Fran and D....xo

Although billed as a Special Burger Night, it was great to see their normal menu was also available. The range of burgers was excellent as they all varied in type/size of the actual burger and in the range of buns and toppings. There was also a selection of sides, and so with all of that on offer everyone at our table got exactly what they were after. They are doing a similar Steak Night on Saturdays and so we will be giving that a go shortly. As it's right on the A5/N2 it is definitely a great place to rest if you're travelling North or South

Called in here for a pizza for my son on way home from Monaghan, I phoned the order in and i mistakenly rang cookstown instead of achnacloy due to an error online, the 2 workers cudnt have been more helpful and made me feel ok about the mistake I made, because of them I will def return here again for my pizzas, well done guys and thanks for understanding...... the pizza was also great :)

The worst experience, ordered two pizzas one vegetarian and one chicken, took them home and discovered the pizza base was raw, cost me £14.07
