Food was decent. Service from Izzy was great!

After gaining a 40% off voucher we decided as a family to return to our favourite Harvester. We like this one as the staff are always great and service seems to be better than Poachers Cottage. Unfortunately this time wasn't as good. Nothing to do with the staff, or to be honest the food. The whole restaurant was freezing as they had the ac on. As we sat with our coats on we did happen to hear comments from the next table on about the heat or lack of. It was actually warmer outside than inside and mentioned to our server who did get the blowers above the table turned off. The other issue is that the table opposite had tried finding salt as the ones on his table were empty. And to be honest so was ours. They did manage to bring some little packets. Don't know if nobody fills them up or if they have just run out. Got to say the food was lovely as usual but the rotisserie chicken on the small side this time (maybe cut backs?) Would it put me off coming back. Yes. As it is coming up to colder weather I don't want to be sitting in a cold restaurant, 40% off or not.
