The best restaurants serving Default food in Bacton and Old Newton Mid Suffolk East of England

Popped in as we were passing, was seated in a lovely large room that shocked us as we walk in. Service was quick and food was first class. We had a chargrilled chicken burger and Moroccan chicken skewer.

Chicken Chow mein with no vegetables as requested also had no noodles. Egg fried rice very dry. Plain noodles should have been named vegetable noodles.

This is a new firm favourite with myself and my family. We first enjoyed a meal here on a Saturday evening back in February. The pub was incredibly busy but we had booked and our table was waiting. The menu is diverse and everything was available. We were all very pleased with out meals. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. We were celebrating a birthday and this did not disappoint. Therefore I booked for Mothering Sunday. Once again, we were greeted by the friendly staff who operate with a "willing, can-do" attitude even with a smile. We enjoyed a traditional roast and some tasty desserts. I'd say the food is great but the people are what make the experience memorable! We will absolutely be back! The pub dog adds to the charm!

Ordered a drink and the barista made a face and turned to her colleague who rolled her eyes and also made a face, then ignored us when asked what the issue was. Found this incredibly rude, which made our visit very uncomfortable and won't be returning to this cafe.
