Terrible customer service. Paid for food over the phone by card. Said it would be 45 minutes. By 1 hour still nothing. Phoned to chase and said it would be 5 minutes. After a nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting I was told it has been delivered. I informed the girl it hadn’t but I felt she didn’t believe me. I asked for a refund and she was reluctant to give it to me. I explained I hadn’t received my food and it must of gone to a different address. I feel let down as I have been a loyal customer for years. Definitely won’t be using them again. Be careful when ordering and paying by card upfront!!!

Exerlent take away used for over 20 years

I have been using this takeaway since 1993 when I moved close by. Every meal ordered has been amazing. I moved from the area in 2016 but they will still deliver to me, luckily! So glad as tonight’s was amazing and although I was told 3/4 hour wait - it wasn’t - I highly recommend it
