Food was really fresh, portion size big, very tasty .

We have visited The Spice Exchange many times and never been disappointed. The restaurant is spacious, the tables elegant, with freshly laundered cloths. The food is always delicious: well cooked meat, fish & vegetables, with tasty sauces flavoured with different spices. On top of that, the service is amazing: professional yet friendly; individual yet detached. We always feel like welcome guests, in a huge family home where they remember our names and preferences, and offer the best advice when we can’t decide what we want. Definitely we recommend this restaurant 100%.

After using this place for years I had my order rejected tonight. When I rang to ask why i was accused of not paying for a previous order. I’ve checked my bank statement and I’ve spent over £100 just in the last 3 months on orders that have been accepted. The woman on the phone could not tell me when I supposedly did not pay for my order! Because this did not happen!! Congratulations orchid on losing a loyal customer . Must have spent thousands since you opened and you have no proof of what you are accusing me of. Rude 🤬 In response to their response. I tried to resolve this when I called yesterday. I asked when this had happened and you couldn’t give me a date. If this was the case in October why would you have accepted s orders from me at least 4 times since but then not on Friday? Also I never make cash on delivery orders. I always use my card and pay before delivery. I don’t believe that this ‘unpaid’ order was placed by me.

The google page says it's open today until 10pm, but when I went there at 6pm it was all locked up and looking like it hasn't been open for a long time.
